Individual arrangement with the property owner.
Reservation fee (deposit) 50% of the price
In case of withdrawal from the contract (cancellation of the reservation) within 60 days before the booked date, the entire deposit will be returned
In case of withdrawal from the contract (cancellation of the reservation) less than 60 days before the booked date, the deposit will no longer be returned
The remaining amount of 50% must be sent to the account of the operator/lessor no later than 14 calendar days before the ordered start date
In case of non-compliance with the payment discipline, accommodation will not be allowed and the deposit will not be returned.
Refundable deposit: CZK 2,000/apartment - payable upon handover of the property and will be returned after the end of the stay and handover of the property in good order.
Recreation fee: = CZK 15/night/person (from 18 years) - payable upon handing over the property.
