Spacious cottage, in which there are two apartments, each 70 m2 plus an attic of similar area. Distance to the beach on the shores of Lipno is about 100m.
Bedrooms and rooms: There are two quadruple bedrooms in each apartment. One bedroom on the ground floor and the other large in the attic with four beds with an area of about 50 m2. Further entrance hall, spacious bathroom with shower toilet and sink (hot and cold utility water), fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and large living room (about 30m2 ) with sofa, dining area, TV and fireplace. In the basement common to both apartments it is possible to store bicycles or other things as needed. Arrival - arrival to the apartments at 2 pm, departure from the apartments by 10 am.
Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, hot and cold drinking water.
Heating: Heating with fireplaces and electric heaters.
Transportation, parking: An asphalt road leads directly to the building. On the plot next to the building there is a possibility of parking for about 4 cars in a locked yard.
The nearest shops are in the village Frymburk about 3km, restaurant with kitchen at the cottage settlement Lojzovy paseky about 1km and about 300m in the recreation area under the cottage restaurant, the possibility of cooking directly in the apartment in a fully equipped kitchen.

The building is divided into two apartments with separate entrances. If you want to rent one apartment, please specify the total number of 8 people. This does not affect the rental price. The price is for one apartment. If partial occupancy is indicated, it means that one apartment is occupied and the other is vacant. New Year's Eve is not rented. In the winter season, the maximum occupancy of one apartment is 4 people, possible extra bed by arrangement.
The deposit is set at CZK 3,000 / apartment / week. The deposit is payable before the reservation and a surcharge upon arrival. Cancellation fees are 50% of the deposit 60 calendar days before the start of the stay. After this date, the deposit is non-refundable.
