The newly opened apartment in 2016 with a wine cellar and garden is located in the well-known wine village of Kobylí

On the ground floor of the building, guests have full use of the pressing room with sitting at the historic press

Guests also have a stone cellar with a well-stocked wine cellar, fully accessible throughout their stay

The property is equipped with an alarm that is available to guests

The village has 2100 inhabitants and is part of the micro-region of Modré Hory, from which our top red wines come

The village is also known for its fruit growing, winemaking and folk traditions

There is a museum in the village that maps the life of earlier generations in our village.

The bedrooms are located in the attic, which is excellently insulated with smart foam

Each bedroom has 2 dormers with windows that are equipped with external blinds

In the bedrooms, the possibility of full blackout

Excellent insulation and the use of blinds ensure a pleasant cool place to sleep

Insect nets are installed on all windows and balcony doors of the Apartment.

Sanitary facilities: The apartment has a large bathroom with 2 showers and 2 sinks

Hot water is provided by a 200 l boiler

There are 3 separate toilets in the building.

Heating: Electric storage gel heaters and ladders.

Transportation, parking: 3 parking spaces 100 m from the building on a closed plot

You can park your bicycles in the building of the object on the ground floor of the large press shop

For a better night's sleep, you can turn on the alarm for the night on the ground floor, which is fully available to guests

In the summer season, we prefer weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday

In high season, if weekly stays are not occupied, an agreement for a shorter stay is also possible

Deposit when booking 50%

Additional payment in cash upon arrival + payment of a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000

Electricity and water consumed are charged upon departure.
