Apartment Luční

Our apartments are located in two apartment houses in Kovářov near Frymburk in the Český Krumlov district in the South Bohemian Region

The apartments have a beautiful view of meadows, forests and Lake Lipno and are close to the lake

The houses are about 100 meters apart

Each apartment has a cellar cubicle for storing skis, bikes, skates, strollers, etc

There is always one parking space right next to the house included in the price.

Accommodation in the Apartment

Bedrooms and rooms: LUČNÍ APARTMENT (2 + kk): Our larger "LUČNÍ" apartment (35 m², 2 + kk) with a separate bedroom, toilet and bathroom is on the 1st floor and is lined along the entire southern side with a stylish wooden terrace, so you can go out to the terrace as from the bedroom and from the living room

The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers and a lamp with an armchair for reading moments

There is access to the sunny terrace from the bedroom

In the kitchen, in addition to the kitchen unit, you will also find a bar counter with bar stools, a dining table with chairs and a pull-out couch for full-fledged sleeping for two people, a TV and a living and dining area

There is also an entrance to the terrace with a beautiful view from the kitchen

Garden furniture is available on the terrace - table + 4 chairs

A great place for a leisurely breakfast and relaxation

If necessary, it is possible to provide a cot and a high chair

APARTMENT Jasmin II (Blue): Smaller apartment (30 m², 1 + kk ) with terrace and private bathroom

facility is located on the ground floor and you can walk out of the French window straight onto the grass

On the grassy front yard you can sit under a parasol, grill or simply relax

Garden furniture for 4 people will serve you for this

The blue apartment is furnished in a nautical style and is actually a large studio apartment with a separate bathroom

Here, too, there is a comfortable double bed, a pull-out sofa, thanks to which two full-sized sleeping places are created, a dining area, chairs, a television and a fully equipped kitchen.

Sanitary facilities: In the bathroom there is a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, clothes dryer, electric ladder

The toilet is located in the bathroom

Hot water is provided by a boiler, heating can be set individually in each room as needed.

Heating: The heating is electric with the possibility of independent control in each of the rooms.

Transportation, parking: You can reach the house on the road leading from Černá v Pošumaví to Lipno nad Vltavou

At the village of Milná, turn right onto the secondary road in the direction of Kovářov

Go straight through the village and at the end of the village there is a big yellow house on the hill on the left - this is your destination.

Dining

There are two restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, another restaurant is about 1 km away in the village of Hrdějov.

We rent from 3 nights! During the summer holidays from 1.7

until 31.8.2021 we run weekly shifts, Sat-Sat, otherwise by agreement.

Payment terms and cancellation:

After making the reservation, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation by bank transfer within 14 days and pay the remaining 70% so that the payment is credited to the account no later than 7 days before the start of the stay.

Cancel fees:

Cancellation of the stay within 21 days before the start of the stay, we return the deposit from the total amount of the reservation in full.

Cancellation of the stay from 20 to 8 days before the start of the stay, we return the deposit from the reservation in the amount of 10%

We do not refund the deposit if the stay is canceled within 7 days before the start of the stay or less.

If you make a reservation less than 7 days before the day of departure, we require payment of 100% immediately after booking.

The stated amount for accommodation includes local taxes.
