Accommodation in Lipno - 3 separate maisonette apartments
Each apartment has its own entrance and a covered terrace for outdoor seating, equipped with massive garden furniture and a gas grill
The apartments are equipped with solid furniture - beds with quality mattresses and blankets, as well as wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables
The log cabin is surrounded by a large garden, where you can use an open fireplace, and there are also facilities for children's games - a sandbox, swings, a slide and a trampoline, a volleyball court and a shorter version of the football field, and a pool for children
Guests can use the game room located in the basement, where there is a pool table, ping pong table, darts, table football and a play corner for the youngest visitors.
A children's dining chair and a cot with bed linen are also prepared for them

All our apartments are non-smoking! Due to the fact that this is a wooden building, smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building, including the outdoor wooden terrace
Very sensitive smoke detectors are placed everywhere
Parents are responsible for the safety of their children in and outside the building
Do not leave pets unattended in the apartment
Near the apartments there is a grocery store approx. 800m away, and if you prefer to eat in a restaurant in the village, you will find several of them

As it is duplex accommodation, each apartment has a kitchen unit with a dining table on the ground floor and a freely connected living area for relaxation and entertainment.

Social facilities are provided both on the ground floor and upstairs
The kitchen - is equipped with "retro" appliances /hood, electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, toaster and kettle/ and all kitchen utensils and other necessities

Heating: The heat is provided by a heat pump and the heating is located in the floor

In the main season, only weekly stays starting on Saturday are possible
Arrival is set from 15:00 to 17:00 and departure until 10:00.
Shorter stays are only possible in the TOP and low season for a minimum of 2 nights.
In low season or if the apartment is not occupied, it is possible to adjust the price of the accommodation according to the number of accommodated persons for a more favorable price after prior agreement.
Final cleaning is already included in the accommodation price
In case of a big mess, you will be charged a fee of CZK 500 for cleaning
