Payment in advance
When making a reservation 30 or more days in advance, we will send you instructions for an advance payment, which is 50% of the total price
When booking less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is 100% of the total price

The additional payment is due no later than 21 days before arrival

In case of cancellation of the reservation 31 days or more, the handling fee is 10% of the price of the stay

When canceling a reservation:

10 or less days before arrival 100% of the total price of the stay
In case of premature termination of the stay by the customer without fault on the part of the accommodation provider, the accommodation provider is not obliged to return the remaining part of the paid amount.
