Cottage Sofia is located in one of the best locations in the famous resort of Donovaly in the beautiful surroundings of the Low Tatras, just 30 meters from the lift (where there is also night skiing) and at the same time in a quiet part of the forest.

The cottage is located in a unique location (the best in Donovaly) in a beautiful forest and nature, where guests will find privacy, peace, quiet and relaxation. The big advantage of the place is that there is a forest around the cottage and there is no rarity near other cottages, which is a rarity in Donovaly. Near the cottage offers a beautiful view of Donovaly and the surrounding mountains. Near the cottage there are nicely groomed cross-country trails.

Visitors can use accommodation in one 3-bed as well as two 2-bed rooms. Guests can also use the common room with a fireplace and a seating area, a radio and a TV with a DVD player. The accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle), porch, bathroom with shower and toilet. The heating of the building is electric + fireplace (wood). The cottage has free Wifi connection.

At the cottage you will find a gazebo, shed (for storing skis and bicycles), garden furniture, swing, trampoline, deck chairs, fireplace and barbecue.

Parking for your cars is provided in summer, spring and autumn right next to the cottage, in winter (if there is a lot of snow) you can park 50 meters from the cottage. Snow chains are only necessary if the vehicle does not have a 4x4 drive and there is a lot of snow (or ice), but they are usually not necessary.

The cottage is ideal for skiers, nature lovers, tourists, families with children and small groups of friends at any time of the year.

Donovaly is one of the most visited resorts in Central Europe. In winter, Donovaly creates excellent conditions for lovers of snowboarding, cross-country or classic downhill skiing. PARK SNOW Donovaly offers 12 km of regularly maintained ski trails, 15 ski lifts, a chair lift with a cabin, ski rental, a ski school for children and cross-country trails in the area. You can also enjoy night skiing, ice skating, snowmobiling or horse-drawn sleighing, snow-paragliding. We offer our clients sledges for children.
