Cabin U Eschlerů

We offer for rent a cottage located in the middle of the beautiful nature of Jeseníky on the outskirts of the village of Horní Lipová

Its location makes it ideal both for winter enjoyment (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, trips) and for summer vacations (hiking, cycling, mushroom picking, relaxation)

The building's capacity is 12 beds and it offers absolute privacy for family recreation, celebrations and hanging out with friends

In order to be able to offer you a higher standard of accommodation and the best possible environment for your holiday, we are gradually renovating the entire building

After the new kitchen, we repaired the bathroom with a built-in shower, replaced new windows throughout the building and completely renovated most of the rooms

The garden is also undergoing gradual renovation, where we have newly placed play elements for your children

To make your stay more pleasant, we have newly built an infrared sauna for you

We have a cot, high chair and small toys available for your little ones

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement

However, please respect the ban on smoking inside the cottage

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: 2x 3-bed room, 2x 2-bed room upstairs, 1x 2-bed room on the ground floor

Common room with sitting area, TV and satellite on the ground floor.

Sanitary facilities: The newly renovated bathroom with a new shower and toilet is located on the ground floor, the second toilet is on the first floor.

Heating: The building is heated by gas heating, the comfort of which you will especially appreciate in winter.

Transportation, parking: Parking spaces for 5 cars on the fenced plot of the cottage.

Dining

There is a renovated fully equipped kitchen with the possibility of self-cooking

Equipment includes dishes, stove with oven, fridge, microwave oven, kettle

Restaurants within 0.7 km to 3 km.

Cabin furnishings

In the garden, the possibility of using outdoor seating, a smokehouse, a grill, and a fireplace

The entire plot is fenced, making it suitable for the free movement of your children

The border of the plot is formed by a mountain stream, which invites you to swim or cool your favorite drink in the summer

For the safety of your children, the stairs to the stream are equipped with a gate.

Children under the age of 3.99 without a bed stay free of charge

Children from 4 to 12 years old have a 10% discount

Pets can be accommodated by prior arrangement for a price of CZK 50/night

We offer the rental of a baby cot with bed linen for a nominal fee of 100 CZK/stay

We provide a LAST MINUTE discount of 10% year-round when booking a stay no later than 7 days before the arrival date

The prices do not include the recreation fee of 20 CZK/adult/day, which is paid to the municipality on the basis of a generally binding decree

Energy prices calculated according to the guests' current consumption will be charged to the price of the stay (electricity CZK 10/kWh, gas CZK 35/m3 = CZK 3.27/kWh)
