Bed linen is not included in the price of the stay (possibility of bringing your own or for a fee) 100 CZK/person/stay.
1 dog of a smaller breed is allowed for the stay, for a fee - by prior agreement 200 CZK/day
Electricity consumption
energy is paid extra according to the valid tariff - mainly a cheap rate (I will inform you of approximate consumption on request)
At the start of the rental, a security deposit is required - a principal amount of CZK 3,500 in summer and CZK 5,000 in winter, which is returned upon departure after deduction of electricity
Upon departure, the customer performs basic cleaning.
