Sanitary facilities: A bathroom with a MASSAGE SHOWER with a radio, lighting and a raised tub that will serve as a bathtub, sink, and toilet for smaller children.

Heating: The stylish stove, on which you can also cook, is connected to the central heating system, so you can use it to heat the entire cottage (even in the cold), and there is also a direct heater in the bathroom

Wood and briquettes for heating the entire cottage are available

There is plenty of hot water throughout the day even with a large number of guests, provided by two electric water heaters.

When you arrive in Broumov, you will pass the gas station on your right, continue along the main road in the direction of Janovičky (you will go around the city center past the Penny Market and the railway station - signposted), continue in the direction of Janovičky (signposted)

At the OPAT brewery in Olivétín, turn right from the main road slightly uphill in the direction of Benešov and Janovičky

You will pass through the village of Benešov and continue through the forest for approx

1 km until you reach the settlement of Janovičky

!!! Attention!!! On the left, right next to the Janovička sign, there is a large parking lot, immediately behind it you turn sharply left from the main road onto a narrow road leading slightly down the hill (so you do not drive further up the main road)

You turn left from the main road just before the tourist signpost and the "Welcome to Janovičky" sign, follow this narrow road for approx.

250 m and the cottages will appear on your right, you will see an open barrier, here you turn to our cottage, it is at the very end, furthest from the road

From Broumov and from the other side of Heřmánkovice there is a new traffic sign "Koupaliště Janovičky" which you can follow.

A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal (induction 4-burner hob, convection oven, fireplace stove with heating and cooking options, fridge, separate freezer, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker and Nespresso coffee machine (compact tablets can be purchased in Lidl or Penny), you have all the dishes (glasses, mugs, plates, pots, pans, trays, baking trays) at your disposal bowls, cutlery, grater, measuring cup, small scale, tray, serving dishes, etc.

We operate the cottage all year round

In the months of July - August and during the spring holidays, accommodation is only possible for a week (Saturday - Saturday, i.e.

7 nights)

In the other dates, you can come for a weekend, a long weekend or stay for several days

Arrivals in the main seasons from 2 p.m. and departures no later than 10.30 a.m., on other dates individually (e.g.

it is also possible to start the weekend on Friday morning and leave on Sunday evening), all by arrangement :)

So there is no need to switch on the electric boiler.
