The refundable deposit is CZK 1,000, which serves as a deposit for any damage or an untidy cabin

The reservation deposit is 50% of the price, payable within 5 working days of the order.
Cancellation terms:
The paid deposit for ordered services is deducted
a) if the lessee does not notify, at least 7 days before the start date, any defect or
boarding/arrival problem.
b) if the tenant does not start the stay on the day of arrival at the cottage.
The tenant is responsible for all members sharing the rented object with him and for their behavior and any damage they cause
Any damage or loss or damage to the object or its equipment will be claimed and recovered by the lessor only from the lessee.
