Cabin for rent

Cozy and pleasantly furnished one-story cottage (65 m²) after complete reconstruction for 1 - 4 people in a cottage settlement in close proximity to the river Dyje (approx. 70 m) with the possibility of fishing and many trips around the area

The whole cottage is covered with WiFi connection that reaches all the way to the river

Next to the cottage there is a pergola with seating and a view of the river and the surrounding countryside

Thanks to its location, the cottage is ideal for fishermen, who have the opportunity to walk directly to the water on the land belonging to the cottage and build a fishing base here.

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: In the lower part of the cottage there is a newly built spacious entrance hall with a dining room, which connects the lower and upper part of the cottage

Furthermore, a smaller living room equipped with a non-folding sofa, armchairs, a large TV, a table and a chest of drawers

From the living room there is access to the kitchenette and bathroom with toilet

In the kitchenette there is a kitchen unit with a sink, a fridge, a stove, a microwave oven and a Bosch Tasimo capsule coffee machine.

In the upper part of the cottage there is a smaller walk-through room with a sofa bed for 1-2 people

Furthermore, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180x200), one single bed (90x200) and a large wardrobe with shelves

Each room is equipped with a table fan.

Sanitary facilities: Beautiful new bathroom with shower and toilet, sink with cabinet, mirror, boiler with a capacity of 80 l, towel rack, hair dryer, dirty laundry basket.

Heating: In the lower part of the cottage there is a wood burning stove and wood briquettes

There is a limited amount of wood available for free in the woodshed, we recommend that you buy a few packs of wood briquettes with you (they will burn all night)

There are electric heaters in the upper part of the cottage.

Transportation, parking: Trouble-free driveway directly to the cottage

Parking also directly at the property for 4 cars.

Dining

Possibility of cooking at the cottage, or

there are 2 pubs in the village, where they cook daily at popular prices

You can find the pubs "Na kopečku" and "Králinda" if you drive towards Vranov nad Dyjí

A grocery store is open seasonally in the building of the "Na kopečku" pub

THE WATER IN THE COTTAGE IS USEFUL (from a well), boiled is fine (for coffee, tea, cooking), we recommend bringing bottled water for direct consumption.

Cabin furnishings

In the kitchenette, an electric stove with a glass-ceramic hob and an oven with a grill, a hood, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a Bosch Tasimo coffee machine and complete equipment (pots, bowls, plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, etc.

), in the living room there is a mini-tower with a CD player, bluetooth and USB input (the FM radio cannot be tuned due to the basin in which the cottage is located)

A charcoal grill is ready for you under the pergola

On the private property in front of the cottage, you can roast dumplings on the fireplace

For the little ones, we have a plastic swing and a sandpit with toys

FOR CYCLISTS: at the cottage it is possible to place your bikes in a metal rack and lock them

BOAT/BOAT: it is possible to rent a boat to the cottage for a fee of 500 CZK/week, if you are interested in renting a boat, please add the information to the notes when making a reservation

The fee for the boat is paid on the day of arrival at the cottage

PETS: cats and smaller dog breeds (dachshund, yorkshire, etc.)

) can spend their holiday in the cottage with you, it is necessary that they have their own bed and for hygienic reasons make sure that they do not jump on the bed or on the couch

We also welcome parrots, for which we have a large cage at the cottage (suitable for smaller and larger parrots)

If you want to bring a pet with you, add this information in the notes when making the reservation

The fee for a pet is 500 CZK for the entire stay, it is paid in cash on the day of arrival.

Operation of the cottage:

Summer season: July and August.

Low season: April, May, June and September

IN THE SUMMER SEASON, ACCOMMODATION IS ALWAYS FOR A WEEK (from Friday to Friday).

The arrival of guests at the cottage is between 18:00 and 18:30 on Fridays.

Departure of guests from the cottage is next Friday at 17:00.

In the off-season, it is possible to arrange a shorter stay (the price is determined by the number of days)

The price for a weekend out of season is 4500 CZK (2 nights).

WE WILL ALSO ISSUE YOU AN INVOICE FOR DRAWING THE FKSP CONTRIBUTION.

FEES:

- recreation fee for the municipality is 20 CZK/person/day

- refundable deposit in the amount of CZK 2,000 payable upon arrival at the cottage, refundable upon departure

In the case of renting a boat, the deposit is CZK 3,000.

- electricity usage fee

energy CZK 8/kWh.

- pet fee of CZK 500 for the entire stay.

- fee for renting a boat 500 CZK per week (in the case of a longer stay than 1 week, an additional 500 CZK is calculated for each week started).

INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE: WiFi internet, quilts, pillows, small hand towels, dish towels, liquid hand soap, jar and dish sponges, cleaning and disinfecting agents and water used

THE RENTAL PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: towels/shower towels, bed linen, sheets and final cleaning of the cottage.

FINAL CLEANING OF THE COTTAGE: the tenant hands over the cottage to the lessor in the condition in which he took it over, i.e.

clean and tidy! In the event that the tenant does not perform the final cleaning of the cottage, the landlord will keep the 700 CZK fee from the deposit

Cleaning and disinfecting agents, a vacuum cleaner, a bucket and a mop for wiping are available in the bathroom for final cleaning.

Deposit and cancellation conditions:

A deposit for accommodation paid by transfer to the lessor's account is required in the amount of 50% of the total price of the stay (out of season 6000 CZK, in season 7000 CZK)

The additional payment to the full price is subsequently also paid to the lessor's bank account, within a maximum period of 14 days before the start of the stay

The lessor will not make a binding reservation of the cottage until the deposit has been credited to the bank account.

THE ACCOMMODATION DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE: if the interested party cancels the reservation for any reason, the lessor will keep the paid deposit as compensation for lost profit.
