The object is freely located in nature and is not bounded by fences, etc
The main road to the Přemyslov ski area and the village of Loučná nad Desnou runs along the cottage, which is maintained in the winter by raking and sprinkling
It is a wooden building with a basement
The accommodation is suitable for family recreation as well as for family celebrations, health stays, hiking, skiing and others
Due to its location, it is quiet all year round, the forest surrounds the entire area of the cottage, which is freely accessible
Cross-country skiing, hiking and cycling routes start right at the cottage
1 dog of a smaller breed is allowed for the stay - by agreement
Cats are not allowed!
It is possible to store bicycles and or more ski equipment in the cellar of the cottage.
Bedrooms and rooms: There are 2 four-bed rooms and 3 double rooms
All rooms are equipped with a wardrobe for storing clothes and a reading light
Each room has independent electric heating.
Sanitary facilities: There are two renovated bathrooms with shower and sink
There is 1 toilet on the ground floor, which is part of the bathroom
Upstairs is a bathroom with a spacious shower and two sinks, 2 separate toilets and another separate washroom.
Heating: The entire cottage is air-conditioned and the given air-conditioning is used as well as comfortable and energy-saving heating
The cottage can be heated with a large tiled stove, which will help you create a pleasant atmosphere and a warm bed.
Transportation, parking: Parking is available at the cottage on a paved area for up to 8 cars (in winter, due to the steepness of the access road, we recommend packing winter chains with you - the approach from the main road to the cottage is about 10m, see photo, is steeper).
Eating on your own or in nearby restaurants - in winter approx. 800m in the Přemyslov ski area, in summer approx. 1500m in the village of Loučná nad Desnou.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery and everything needed for cooking
There is also a 2x fridge, 2x microwave oven, electric stove, kettle, toaster, toaster, juicer, blender and more, TV, WiFi, darts, several board games and magazines, a small children's corner
The oven in the tiled stove can be used to bake buns, pizza, meat and various other delicacies

Cottage operated all year round
Spring and summer holidays week-long orders only (Saturday to Saturday).
Possibility of ordering outside spring holidays, summer holidays, December and January for the weekend (Friday to Sunday) or a longer long weekend = weekend price + 2000 CZK/for each additional day
Refundable deposit CZK 2,000
The price does not include energy consumption and wood for heating + a fee to the village of Loučná nad Desnou (CZK 35 per person/night) for each person over 18 years old
