The cottage is located in the village Rybniště near the National Park of Bohemia Switzerland and presents a great starting point for hiking and cycling trips

Fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, dripper and some other small appliances, dishes of all kinds)

Consumer goods (toilet paper, cleaning agents, etc
) and coal on the grill is to be your own
These things can be purchased in a municipal community shop
Possibility to rent a tap (two types of a hint) for 300,- for the entire length of stay.

To the price it is necessary to add the fee to the municipality, which is 20 CZK/person/day
In winter (in the heating season), electricity consumption is added.
Using the hot tub charged: 2000 CZK + consumed electricity (6 CZK/kWh)
Available 20 kg of chipped wood for sauna and free bathing barrel
Each additional bag of 20 kg for a fee of 300,- CZK sauna price 600kc in the summer season whirlpool and sauna are not used
Refundable deposit: 5 000 CZK.
Reservation deposit: 15000,- CZK
Purchase price on boarding.
After agreement, the possibility of other length of stay.

Bed linen
Starting first at 16:00,

Standard start at 16:00, if time does not suit you, there is no problem to arrange another
The deposit will be returned to the guest's account after cleaning the owner for frequent hiding damaged items in the handover of the cottage
The cottage returns in the same condition as taking over from the landlord, in the case of failure to comply with the appropriate price deducted from the deposit
The pets must not be in bed or sofa if any contamination or damage is deducted from a deposit of 2000 CZK.
Due to property damage, we do not take the cottage to booze action.
