We offer a cottage for rent in the north of the Czech Republic
The cottage is located in the village of Rybniště near the České Švýcarsko National Park and thus represents a great starting point for walking and cycling trips
Capacity is 16 people + 2 cots
The cottage can be rented all year round

2nd bedroom: 2x single bed, walk-through to the 3rd bedroom
3rd bedroom: 1x double bed, separated from the 2nd bedroom by a door
1st floor:
4th bedroom: 1x double bed + 1x single bed
5th bedroom: 1x double bed + 1x bed width 120 cm.
Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor, 2x shower, 2x WC.
Transportation, parking: Good accessibility by car, parking for approx. 5 cars.
No meals
The possibility of cooking your own food, there is a small grocery store in the village.
Fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, dripper and some other small appliances, all kinds of dishes)
2x televisions, radio, table football, sauna, washing machine, grill, trampoline
Consumer goods (toilet paper, cleaning products, etc
) and charcoal for the grill must be your own
These items can be purchased in the village in the general store
The possibility of renting a pipe (two types of taps) for 300,- for the entire length of your stay.

In operation all year round
During the holidays (i.e
July, August) the cottage can only be rented for a weekly stay, from Saturday to Saturday
A municipal fee of 20 CZK/person/day must be added to the price
In winter (in the heating season), electricity consumption is added.
The use of the hot tub is charged: 1,000 CZK + consumed electricity (6 CZK/kWh)
20 kg of chopped wood available for the needs of the sauna and the bathing barrel free of charge
Each additional bag of 20 kg for a fee of CZK 300. In the summer season, the hot tub and sauna are not used
Refundable deposit: CZK 5,000.
Deposit upon reservation: CZK 15,000
Additional price upon arrival.
Other length of stay is also possible upon agreement.

Bed linen included
Arrival at 16:00 at the earliest,
check-out at 10:00 at the latest.
Standard start at 16:00, if the time does not suit you, it is not a problem to arrange a different time
The deposit will be returned to the guest's account after cleaning by the owner due to frequent hiding of damaged items when handing over the cottage
The cottage is returned in the same condition as when it was taken over from the landlord, in case of non-compliance the appropriate price will be deducted from the deposit
Pets are not allowed in the beds or on the sofa, if any pollution or damage is detected, CZK 2,000 will be deducted from the deposit.
Due to property damage, we do not rent the cottage for drinking events.
