We are a newly renovated cottage where we can offer you accommodation for a large group or divide the property into two separate apartments (6 and 8 people) with complete privacy and full equipment
We can currently offer downhill skiing in the Paprsek ski resort, absolutely unrivaled cross-country trails (machine-groomed up to 80 km)
Fans of ski alpinism will also get their money's worth
A four-seater cable car will be completed in 2022, where you can reach the boarding station on skis directly from the chalet
The cottage is intended for family recreation.
Bedrooms and rooms: The house can be divided into two separate apartments, or used as a whole cottage, where there is a large common room with a fireplace on the ground floor
There are three rooms in the apartment for 8 people (two doubles, one four-bed) and each room has its own bathroom and toilet
There is a large kitchen with a sitting area (especially appreciated by parents with children who need space to spend time together)
The apartment for 6 people is like a separate apartment with two bedrooms (3+3), bathroom with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, toilet.
Sanitary facilities: Each room has its own bathroom and toilet, and there is also a common toilet in the entrance hall.
Heating: The cottage is heated centrally with pellets, there is a separate wood-burning fireplace in the common room
Heating (pellets and wood) is included in the accommodation price.
Transportation, parking: Parking right next to the cottage.
In the winter season until 4:00 p.m. it is possible to eat at the lower station of the lift in the Vindoška hut, all year round in the Paprsek hut at the upper station of the lift.
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a spacious living room, where there is a fireplace and two folding sofas with tables, TV
Both kitchens are equipped with a hob (gas and induction), oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso and Tchibo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and each kitchen has a cold room for food storage
Fully equipping the kitchen with dishes is a matter of course.

The price for renting the entire house (14 people) in the long-term stay tariff (5 nights or more) is CZK 7,000/night.
The price for renting the entire house (14 people) in the short-term stay tariff (less than 5 nights - by arrangement) is CZK 9,000/night.
The cottage can also be rented as separate apartments:
A stay in a large apartment for 8 people for at least 5 nights is CZK 4,000/night
A stay for fewer nights (4 or 3 nights) is CZK 5,200/night
The price includes renting the apartment for the agreed number of nights, energy, heating the cottage, recreation fee according to the decree, wood for the fireplace, bed linen, wifi, parking.
A stay in a small apartment for 6 people for at least 5 nights is CZK 3,000/night.

Price does not include:
Taking out the trash, cleaning the kitchen including dishes, removing bed linen and cleaning the cottage are the guest's responsibilities.
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit, the additional payment must be paid upon arrival.
The cottage is ready from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival, departure at 10 a.m. on the last day of stay.
A refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 is made upon arrival and is returned on the day of departure if no damage is found.
The minimum stay in the off-season is three nights, price negotiable.
