The cottage is located in a picturesque and quiet environment of the Chmelnice cottage settlement, which is one of the recreation areas of the Vranov nad Dyjí reservoir

The reservoir is rightfully one of the most sought after in the Czech Republic, mainly due to its breathtaking nature (Podyjí National Park), ideal conditions for swimming and water sports, and a number of marked hiking and cycling routes

The cottage is divided into 2 equal parts

Each of the two parts has two floors and has a separate entrance with the same facilities

Accommodation in the Cabin

Bedrooms and rooms: Upstairs you will find two separate rooms

Each of them has a separate entrance to the common balcony

There are 4 beds in the first room, 5 beds in the second, of which 3 are in the gallery between the floors

Other equipment of the cottage includes a TV, radio, bedding + bed linen

The total capacity of one part of the cottage is 9+1 beds, both parts have 18+2 beds.

Sanitary facilities: Soc

the facility is tastefully and efficiently equipped

There is a shower, a sink with hot and cold water, and a toilet.

Heating: Heating of the building is possible with a fireplace stove

Firewood is always available

The cottage is very well insulated, so even in the colder season it warms up very quickly and maintains a pleasant climate.

Transportation, parking: By bus from Znojmo towards Bítov - Oslnovice, then approx. 2 km on foot

By train from Znojmo to Moravské Budějovice, Jemnice and continue by bus via Polici, Vysočany to Oslnovice

By car:

1) from Znojmo to Vranov nad Dyjí, then through the village of Lančov and Vysočany to Oslnovice and here turn onto Chmelnica

2) from Moravské Budějovice towards Bítov, to Vysočany, then to Oslnovice and here turn onto Chmelnice.

Cabin furnishings

The cottage is divided into two equally furnished parts

9 beds are available in each section

On the ground floor there is social

equipment and a dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette for self-catering (fridge with freezer, electric

stove, dishes, microwave oven, kettle)

There is also a sofa bed and a fireplace, which will make your vacation more pleasant in case of cold evenings.

THE PRICE IS ALWAYS CHARGED FOR ONE HALF OF THE OBJECT, i.e

each part 9+1 bed

The listed prices include electricity

energy, parking fee, bed linen, water consumption, resort fee and municipal waste collection

Upon arrival, a refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 will be required from the client

for half the object.

Outside the main season, i.e

in April, May, June, September and October, the start date and length of stay is arbitrary (min

2 days)

In the main season, i.e

in July and August, the starting day is Saturday and the length of stay is only weekly or in multiples
