Heating: The buildings are heated by underfloor heating with an electric boiler and a fireplace stove.

Arrival at 4 p.m., departure by 10 a.m., can be adjusted by arrangement.

In the summer season, Roubenka and the cottage are always rented for a week from Saturday to Saturday.

Out of season, Roubenka and the cottage are rented for a minimum of 2 nights, which can be modified by agreement.

Strict ban on the stay of undeclared persons!

We do not accept noisy celebrations and parties.

When booking Roubenka and the cottage, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be paid

You pay the remaining 50% of the total amount a week before arrival.

The deposit is CZK 3,000.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

cancellation of the stay more than a month before arrival - refund of 100% of the deposit

cancellation of the stay one to three weeks before arrival - refund of 70% of the deposit

cancellation of the stay three weeks to one week before arrival - refund of 50% of the deposit

cancellation of stay a week or less before arrival - the deposit is non-refundable.

Included in the price of your stay: wood for the stove, gas for the grill, bedding, towels, tea towels, toilet paper.

Only the actual consumption of electricity and water is added to the price.
