The cottage was formerly a bakery and was part of a farm yard where there was also a mill, a sawmill and other farm buildings

The land is not fenced

Access by car to the house, parking is at the cottage.

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage has a living room with a fireplace and two separate beds, which is connected to the kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a garage, a covered terrace

The bedroom has a double bed and 1 single bed.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, gas boiler for heating hot water

Water: distribution of cold and hot water around the house from the municipal water supply.

Heating: Heating with gas range or solid fuels (indoor fireplace and stove).

Transportation, parking: By train to Uh

Brodu (18km) then by bus - Březová stop (500m)

By car to Uherské Brod (18 km) in the direction of Nivnice, after it in the direction of Suchá Loz and then Březová or a faster route from Uherské Brod to the E50 in the direction of Trenčín at the end of Bystřice p/Lopeník turn right in the direction of Lopeník and then Březová.

Dining

Grocery store in the village (500m), Restaurant Pod lipou (550m) or Restaurant in the neighboring village of Strání (7km), Inn (500m, 550m).

Binding reservation after receiving a deposit of CZK 3,000, the rest of the price is payable upon arrival

Energy according to actual consumption: gas CZK 20/m3, electricity CZK 12/kW, upon departure

We rent the cottage and take it clean.
