A place created with love for children and respect for parents, where you will find a lot of fun for your children and also corners designed for your relaxation

The building is secluded in the middle of the beautiful nature of our easternmost village Bukovce, so it is perfect for walking, picking mushrooms and relaxing with beautiful views

A heated stainless steel swimming pool with a roof, a hot tub and a sauna with a relaxation room are at your disposal

In addition to swimwear, don't forget to pack wellies for the children - a stream runs through the property, where children spend a lot of time.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: There are a total of 6 bedrooms in the building

The small apartment offers accommodation for up to 9 people, a maximum of 2 families, two bedrooms for 4 people, in each you will find a double bed and also a bunk bed, the possibility of one extra bed on the sofa bed

The large apartment has accommodation for up to 15 people, a maximum of three families, two small bedrooms with only a double bed, one larger bedroom with a double bed and a double bed, and a large playroom with up to 6 extra beds.

Sanitary facilities: There are a total of 4 sanitary facilities in the building

The small apartment has one bathroom with a large shower and toilet

The large apartment has two bathrooms with a toilet, one with a shower and one with a bathtub

The basement contains a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Heating: Heating is provided by a heat pump and heat distribution is a form of underfloor heating.

Transportation, parking: Even though we are located in a secluded area, you can easily reach us by car at any time of the year

We have a fenced parking lot for up to 6 cars, the outdoor areas are monitored by a camera system.

Dining

Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen, including baking tools, which now also includes a thermomix, which is literally a magician in food preparation

A luxurious big green egg on charcoal awaits you outside, where you can bake, grill and smoke

You will also find an electric grill and two fireplaces

If you want to visit a restaurant, we recommend Hotel Kempa with facilities for children or Bar pod Kympom, where they make excellent local cuisine or even pizza

You can walk to both places in about 20 minutes

The shop is 600m away.

Cottage furnishings

Each apartment is equipped with a spacious kitchen that is equipped to a higher standard (induction, thermomix, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, hand mixer and grinder, toaster, complete sets of dishes and pots), from both living rooms, is entrance to the balcony, where there is a sitting area with a view of the stream and children's playground

Both apartments have two televisions, one in the living room and the other in the game room

The large apartment also has a large playroom full of toys with TV and x-box.

We prefer renting the entire building - we allow accommodation of min

In the period May-November, it is only possible to rent the entire building

If you are only interested in one of the apartments and only during the off-season, the prices and conditions are as follows:

Small apartment: summer, winter season 6,000 CZK/night, off-season 5,000 CZK/night (minimum 3 nights)

Large apartment: summer, winter season 8,000 CZK/night, off-season 7,000 CZK/night (minimum 3 nights)

The deposit amounts to 50% of the price of the stay and is payable within 10 days of confirmation of the reservation, the remaining part is payable 10 days before arrival

The deposit payable upon arrival is 20,000 CZK, which will be refunded after deducting the energy balance (7 CZK/kWh)
