Reconstructed former farmhouse in the tourist-attractive area of ​​Křivoklátsk, near the Točník castle, offers seasonal accommodation in the main building for 8 people, in the adjacent "vejminku" building, it is possible to expand the capacity by another 3 people

The main building is separated from the surrounding houses by former outbuildings, the owners do not live in the building, so guests have privacy for undisturbed rest

In front of the house, they can relax on the terrace with garden furniture, the yard offers enough space for ball games, opposite the building children will find a fenced, well-equipped municipal playground

From summer to autumn, you can pick cherries, summer apples, later plums, and at the end of summer pears, apples and then collect nuts in the garden.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The main building (8 beds) provides overnight accommodation in 3 connecting bedrooms, 1/ with a double bed, 2/ and 3/ room each with 2 separate beds and 4/ room with two separate beds

There is a sofa in the kitchen, for stretching your back after a hard day

In the second building "vejminku" (3 beds) with an entrance from the common yard, there are other rooms, the larger one has a double bed and

also a separate bedroom with another bed

Both buildings have sanitary facilities

In the main season - 7 nights.

Sanitary facilities: In the main building, guests have a bathroom with a shower, sink, infrared panel for heating

Two separate toilets

The common room with an entrance from the yard has another toilet

Vejminek has its own bathroom with bathtub and toilet

Above the four accommodated guests, if only the main building is occupied, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, a sink and a toilet in the toilet.

Heating: A tiled stove in the kitchen with distribution to the radiators in the bedrooms will heat the kitchen and bedrooms in the main building in case of colder weather

There is also a fireplace in the common room

Vejminek has its own wood stove

Wood is available in the woodshed accessible from the yard.

Vejminek has a kitchenette in the living room equipped with a sink, an electric double cooker, basic dishes, a kettle and a small fridge

Other equipment: WiFi, TV, common room accessible from the terrace opposite the main entrance with kitchenette and tables for sitting, board games

Separate toilet in the common room

For outdoor cooking, the farmhouse is equipped with a mobile gas grill with a bottle of pure propane

The former stable has been converted for sports: a ping-pong table and an exercise machine

The former room for the repair of manual agricultural machinery is being converted into a bicycle shed with the possibility of recharging electricity

Prices are set for accommodation (8 people) in the main building

Extension of accommodation in "vejmink" (3 people) for a week + 7,000 CZK, for a weekend out of season + 3,500 CZK

To confirm the reservation, we collect a 3,000.00 deposit, the rest is paid by the guests in cash upon arrival

After crediting the reservation deposit to our account, we will reserve the selected date

Minimum length of accommodation in low season - 2 nights

In the main season - 7 nights.

The MAXIMUM number of guests is 11 (main building and outbuilding).

The price includes normal consumption of water, electricity (up to 10 kwh/day) and wood, change of bed linen, bath towels and towels after the end of the stay

The price also includes cleaning products, a jar, tablets for the dishwasher, toilet paper, napkins, tea towels

Final cleaning is included in the price

We do not charge any additional fees for bed linen, towels, tea towels, energy (if the limit of 10kwh/day is not exceeded), or final cleaning, etc.

In return, we expect guests to clean up the dishes from the dishwasher after themselves, put everything back in their place, clean the gas grill and remove used bed linen before departure

The price does not include a municipal fee - CZK 30/day/person - collected upon arrival (persons under 18 are exempt from the fee)
