The private area is located at the end of the village of Dešná, which is located in the South Bohemian Region, on the border with the South Moravian Region and the Vysočina Region

As soon as you arrive in the village, you will feel the wonderful peace of the countryside

Wellness cottage Dešná will provide you with everything in one place:

heated outdoor pool, pond with waterfall, hot tub, Finnish sauna, children's playground, fire pit, grill, garden house and much more

The outdoor pool is heated by a heat pump

The pool has its own cover (sliding roof), which you can use depending on the weather

The pool is open from the end of April to the end of September (depending on the weather)

When you get tired of the pool, you can swim in our pond with fish

The Finnish sauna is located right next to the lake, so you can easily go straight from the sauna to the water.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage consists of an attic, a ground floor and a basement

The accommodation part consists of five bedrooms and two bathrooms

In the attic there is one double and one triple room and a bathroom with a bathtub

On the ground floor you will find two double rooms with a balcony and one five-bed room with two connected bedrooms + a bathroom with a spacious shower

You will appreciate the garden house by the lake in any weather

On hot summer days, you will find a cooler here

In winter, it will be pleasantly warm here thanks to smart insulation

The garden house is suitable for both quiet evenings with the family and more boisterous parties with friends

You can also find a pool table, a ping pong table and electronic darts here for variety.

Sanitary facilities: Cottage - on the ground floor of the house there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a spacious shower

Cottage - in the attic there is a toilet + a bathroom with a bathtub

Dining room - in the dining room there is a separate wc + bathroom with a spacious shower

Garden house (gazebo) - Here the toilets are divided into women's and men's

Near the sauna - Next to the Finnish sauna there is a shower corner (outdoor area) in operation depending on the weather

By the pool - There is an outdoor shower by the pool, which is in use according to the pool's operation.

Heating: The residential building and kitchen are heated by central municipal distribution (heating), radiators and underfloor heating

The pool is heated by a heat pump

It is possible to heat the garden gazebo with an electric stove or a classic wood stove.

Transportation, parking: Possibility of parking at the object - directly in front of the cottage or behind it.

Dining

You can cook and eat your own breakfast, lunch or dinner in the spacious dining room with kitchen, which is located right behind the cottage

There is also the possibility to prepare food on the fireplace or garden grill

You can also eat in the local restaurant, which is located right in the village.

Dining room - The dining room is equipped with a sofa set, a large-screen 146 cm LCD TV, tables + chairs, a beer cooler, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a stove with a glass-ceramic plate, and a kitchen unit equipped with common dishes (plates, glasses, etc.

Roofed Heated Saltwater Pool - The pool is covered with a polycarbonate retractable roof to prevent excessive heat loss

It is also equipped with water heating using a heat pump and a strong counter current

Operation depending on the weather (April/May - September/October)

Field intended for playing games or building tents - The field is equipped with football goals, net protection and built-in poles for attaching the net (badminton, volleyball, etc.

)

Yard - the yard is equipped with a sandpit, garden swings, a fire pit, a trampoline, and a charcoal grill

Garden House - The garden house is equipped with the usual equipment such as tables and chairs, a fireplace, a ping pong table, a foosball table, an electronic dart board and a pool table

Information: The price of energy consumption depends on the use and occupancy of the cottage

As a guide, we can say that with average occupation and occupancy of the cottage, electricity consumption is around 600 CZK/day and heating is around 400 CZK/day

If you want to organize a wedding or a celebration at the Wellness cottage and do not use our catering services, the amount for renting the space will be charged.
