It is an ideal place to explore the Czech Switzerland National Park, which is known for its deserted forests, deep gorges, picturesque gorges, clear streams and, above all, unique sandstone formations

The pearl of this exceptional area is the monumental rock formation Pravčická brána

In close proximity is the sought-after Kyjovské údolí, a cycle path leading to the neighbors in Germany, many hiking trails and the ruins of old castles

There is a parking space next to the house and a terrace for sitting at the back of the house, where there is a wonderful, healing peace

The construction of the cottage is typically old Bohemian, with the preservation of building elements of ancient times

It is sensitively incorporated with modern equipment, which one cannot do without today.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor, in addition to the kitchen, there is a separate dining room and a common room, in the attic there are 4 bedrooms, each for 2 people (2x double bed, 2x single beds).

Sanitary facilities: One bathroom with two sinks, two toilets and a shower.

Heating: The building is heated by a heat pump, a fireplace stove in the dining room and a fireplace stove in the living room with a heat exchanger for the entire building.

Transportation, parking: There is an access road to the cottage - a cycle path along which you can ride up to the property and parking on the property for approximately two to three cars.

Dining

It is possible to cook in the equipped kitchen or in the restaurant in Kyjovské údolí, Vlčí hora, Krásná Lípa.

The central room is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted TV, a Hi-Fi tower and a fireplace.

The bathroom has two sinks, two toilets, a shower and, of course, a washing machine

The building is fully equipped for permanent living: gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, smart TV, HiFi, WiFi.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The property is intended for year-round stay, equipped with a heat pump and a fireplace stove with an exchanger in the living room

There is an individual fireplace in the dining room

A deposit of 50% is collected when ordering and no later than 2 months before the deadline for additional payment of the price.

A deposit of NOK 3,000 upon arrival plus a fee to the local authority per person.

Termination fee for cancellation of stay:

61 or more days before arrival - 10% of the price of short-term accommodation,

31 - 60 days before arrival - 30% of the price of short-term accommodation,

15 - 30 days before arrival - 50% of the price of short-term accommodation,

14 or less days before arrival - 100% of the price of short-term accommodation.

Please do not bring pets.

Smoking and handling of fire is prohibited in the entire building and the surrounding area.

Please remain calm, it is not possible to charge electric vehicles (cars, scooters, scooters, etc.) Energy consumption up to 50kW per week is included in the price - excess consumption will be charged at CZK 6/kW
