We offer year -round rental of cottage, which is located in the village of Dolní Chřibská on the border of two protected landscape areas - Lusatian Mountains and Elbe sandstones and National Park Czech Switzerland

The cottage is rented as a whole with a capacity of up to 10 people in three bedrooms
The cottage, the large garden with sitting, fireplace and grill is the ideal choice for those interested in active and at the same time a quiet holiday with a large selection of cycling and hiking trails in the nearby area.
Bedrooms and rooms: In the cottage there are 3 bedrooms on the first floor:
- Two double beds
- one double bed + one double bed in the dupleon
- one double bed
On the ground floor there is:
- common room with sitting, bar, wine shop and fireplace
- dining room for 10 people and fully equipped kitchen
Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there is one separate toilet with sink and one bathroom with shower and toilet
On the first floor there is also the second bathroom with shower and toilet.
Heating: Gas heating and cooking ensures high comfort and well -being during your stay.
Transportation, parking: The private parking for 3 cars is directly at the cottage.
Available fully equipped kitchen - fridge with freezer, microwave, gas hob, hot air oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, all dishes and kitchen supplies
There are several restaurants, a confectionery and a café at a distance of the cottage.

The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.
Year -round operation, minimum length of stay in the summer season is 7 nights with arrival on Saturday.
The minimum length of stay outside the summer season is 3 nights.
The price includes: accommodation, bedding, towels and normal water consumption.
Energy will be charged separately according to real consumption and deductions of measures at the rate: electricity 15 CZK/kWh and 30 CZK/m3 for gas.
Furthermore, the price does not include a recreational fee of 25 CZK / person / night, which is obliged to pay every 18 years, unless the holder of the ZTP or ZTP / P card is.
Before the start of the stay, a deposit of 5000 CZK will be collected in cash, when handing over the building without defects it will be returned in full.
Arrival is always after 15 hours and backward handover of the cottage within 10 hours.
Reservation is valid after payment of 50% of the price of stay
The surcharge must be paid no later than 5 days before the start of the stay.
Without a cancellation fee 3 weeks before boarding, less than 3 weeks falls a reservation fee of 50% of the price of stay.
