Our cottage is ancient

Allegedly, one of the first skis under Žákova hora was made here

But believe the village tales..

We fell in love with the place and gradually renovated it into a magnificent space for lovers of trips, bicycles, mouths full of blueberries, winter tracks, picnics in meadows and the Highlands..

The attic with an area of ​​almost 90 m² is like a ballroom that will embrace you in the evening and carry you to the next holiday morning with a sociable night with friends

For children and untamed romantics, we have an elevated gallery

It is an expedition tent, a tree house, an observatory, a space rocket and an impregnable aircraft carrier of all children's games and dreams

The location of the cottage could not be better

From the window you can see the lit up church in the evening, the birds wake you up in the morning, it's a five minute walk to the shop for local food, as well as to David's pub for beer, steak and muffins

Brádelák pond is behind the house, Sykovec and Medlov are also a short distance away, bikers and skiers start their routes right behind the cottage

The mushrooms are growing and you, with a mouth blue from the blueberries, are enjoying the holiday feeling while cooking on a traditional tiled stove

We prefer renting the cottage as an entire object for one group of guests

A spacious kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso machine, microwave oven, large refrigerator and freezer is available for guests.

For a cooking and baking experience, there is also a classic wood burning stove with a cast iron top and two baking ovens

Those staying in the cottage can use two dining rooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 showers and 3 toilets

On request, it is possible to place an extra bed or a cot in any room

A fast VDSL internet connection without aggregation and a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the building are a matter of course

The cottage has a newly built sauna for 5 people with a large relaxation area

To quench your thirst, we have professional tap equipment with cooling directly at the cottage, we have Dalešice 11 and 12 beer on tap in sufficient quantity

Part of the building is its own fenced plot of 300m² with parking space for up to 4 cars

A fireplace, a grill and a sandpit for children are available directly on the property for those staying

A large newly built children's playground is located approx. 300 meters from the cottage

Bicycles for children and adults and off-road scooters can be rented at the cottage by prior arrangement

Bicycles and other sports equipment can also be stored and locked in the building

Dogs and other pets are welcome at the cottage

We offer guests the option of half-board with delivery directly to the cottage.

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage in Fryšava has four separate rooms on the ground floor and a large, fully equipped kitchen

In the attic, generously designed living and sleeping space for up to ten people with comfortable beds in an open layout

This space is connected by a raised attic gallery with beds for 3-4 people

Shared bedrooms with a gallery have a separate bathroom and toilet

Heating: Central gas heating is installed in the cottage, but at the same time there is a wood stove or fireplace in every room

Water is heated by a gas boiler with a storage tank, underfloor heating is installed in the bathroom.

Transportation, parking: Parking for 4 passenger vehicles directly at the property.

Dining

Upon prior agreement, we provide breakfast, half board and full board

Two restaurants in the village with the possibility of all-day dining

Shop with weekend opening hours at a distance of 200 m from the cottage.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Children under two years of age without the right to a bed stay for free

The price includes bed linen, towels and all energy, water and sewage.

The cottage can only be rented as a whole.

Energy consumption, water and sewage, unlimited internet and satellite TV are always included in the price

Breakfast, half board or full board are ordered separately, contact us for the current price offer.

The price does not include:

- recreation fee to the village of CZK 25 per adult per night

- final cleaning CZK 1,500

- stay of pets CZK 200/night

- wood for the fire (400 CZK for a large bag of approx. 25 kg)

- extra bed CZK 500/person and night (over 20 people)

- flat fee for heating the sauna CZK 550/3 hours

Cancellation conditions:

(a) Up to 30 days before the start date - free cancellation without cancellation fee

(b) Up to 14 days before the start date - 50% of the contractual rental price

(c) 14 days or less - 100% of the contractual rental price.

(d) In the event of an ongoing state of crisis and a ban on travel within the Czech Republic due to an infectious disease, the accommodation provider will allow a change of date or return the already paid deposit

In order to change the date, the accommodation provider will provide a voucher for the total amount of the reservation valid for at least one year.
