The cottage is divided into two suites, which have a separate entrance, private covered terraces with comfortable seating and barbecue

Bedrooms and rooms: Apartment 1: In Apartment 1 there are 3 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor

The suite is for a total of 12 people

The bedroom on the ground floor has one double bed and one bunk bed

The bedrooms on the 1st floor always have one double bed and two single beds

Bed linen and towels are always included in the price

Suite 2: The Suite 2 has 2 bedrooms, both on the first floor

The suite is for a total of 6 people

There is always one double bed and one single bed in both bedrooms

Sanitary facilities: Apartment 1: In Apartment 1 there are 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet + two separate toilets, washing machine

Apartment 2: In Apartment 2 there is a bathroom with shower and toilet

The bathrooms are always heated by underfloor heating.

Heating: The buildings are heated by underfloor heating with electric boiler and fireplace.

Transportation, parking: Parking on a paved plot in front of a log cabin.

Arrival at 4 pm, departure before 10 am, can be adjusted by appointment.

In the summer season, Roubenka is always rented for a week from Sunday to Sunday.

Out of season, Roubenka is rented for a minimum of 2 nights, can be adjusted by agreement.

Strict ban on unregistered people staying!

We do not accept noisy celebrations and parties.

When booking Roubenky, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be paid

Payment of the remaining 50% of the total amount will be paid one week before arrival.

The deposit is 3000 CZK per apartment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

cancellation more than a month before arrival - refund 100% deposit

cancellation one month to three weeks before arrival - refund 70% deposit

cancellation three weeks to one week before arrival - refund 50% deposit

cancellation one week or less before arrival - the deposit is non-refundable.

Included in the price: wood for fireplaces, gas for grill, bedding, towels, tea towels, toilet paper.

Only the actual consumption of electricity and water is added to the price.
