The cottage with the pool can be found at the end of a small village near the forest

Terešov is located 6 km from Vyškov in Moravia, and due to the fact that the highway runs around Vyškov, it is a very good starting point for trips throughout Moravia (Brno, Slavkov u Brno, Kroměříž, Olomouc).

The cottage is about 35 km north of Brno, about 30 minutes by car

After the trip, you will certainly appreciate the opportunity to swim in the pool

The cottage is entered through the hall

To the left is a large living room with a fireplace

In addition to the sofa set, there is also a fold-out bed for a double bed

The bedroom is entered on the right from the hall

The bedroom has access to the attic room and the kitchen

There is a double bed in the bedroom

There are 3 separate beds in the attic

You can go straight to the bathroom from the hall

From the kitchen you go to the hall to the yard

There is a toilet in the hall

The yard is enclosed and provides plenty of privacy

On hot summer days even in the rain, everyone will certainly welcome a pleasant sitting under the roof in the yard

Behind the yard is a garden separated by a wall with an entrance to the cellar and gates

In the front part of the garden there is a swimming pool, the back part of the garden consists of terraces

The 3x6m pool is sunken, 1.5m deep

Access to the pool is from the courtyard via stairs or from the garden

Bedrooms and rooms: Living room: pull-out bed for 2 people, couch, double chair and armchair, TV cabinet, coffee table, wardrobe

In the bedroom, which is walk-through, there is a wardrobe, a double bed, a chest of drawers

The attic room is directly accessed by stairs from the bedroom and has 3 beds

The attic room is not separated from the bedroom by a door or wall

Through the bedroom you can also go to the kitchen.

Sanitary facilities: The bathroom has a bathtub and sink, a boiler for hot water

The toilet is separate in the hall behind the kitchen.

Heating: The cottage is heated by a hot-air fireplace and a stove in the kitchen.

Transportation, parking: The cottage can be reached by car, there are 3 parking spaces in front of the cottage

The bus goes from Vyškov, from Brno the IDS goes.

The cottage has an equipped kitchen, a pub in Manerov and Hlubočany, a restaurant in Vyškov.

PRICES IN 2025:

We only rent during the main school holidays

Major holidays:

CZK 19,400 per week + payment for electricity actually consumed

The rental price is payable as follows:

50% when booking to the owner's account

50% 21 days before joining the owner's account

Refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 upon arrival

We hand over the cottage for rent every Saturday between 4:00 p.m

and 6 p.m

, end end of rental on Saturday at 10.00 a.m. at the latest
