Our newly reconstructed Challupa lies in the beautiful valley of the Úpa River in the Giant Mountains - directly at the Skibus and Cyclobus stop - near the most famous and most beautiful ski resorts - Černá hora - Pec pod Sněžkou - Velká and Malá Úpa

There are 5 comfortably equipped apartments in Challup - all reconstructed with a sense of history, quality and natural modern style

For children we prepared a children's corner for playing on the ground floor, new playground and house in a fenced garden (cot, barrier, dining chair and others are a matter of course)

You can also use a relaxation corner with aids for yoga exercises and a bookshelf in the attic

Opposite of our Challupa open home butcher shop Motyčka, where you can go for fresh pastries every morning

A few steps from us is the newly opened cutland of the deer, where you can also enjoy a beer.

Each apartment is equipped with its own kitchenette (refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, cooker with hob + oven and microwave, capsule coffee machine), bedroom with high -quality beds of Czech manufacturer, sitting at the table, SmartTV with a flat screen, bathroom with shower and toilet

The cottage includes a garden with a seating area and a fireplace that is right by the Úpa River

Inside the cottage there is a children's corner on the ground floor (children's kitchen and room, board games, lego, train, ..

) And there is a library in the attic

The whole plot is fenced

Year -round

The price includes a holiday fee, cleaning, bed linen and cosmetics.

Prices in the off -season for apartment from CZK 1,950 per night (from 3 nights)

On the day of departure, please relax the room by 10:00.

In case of reservation we issue a reservation deposit of 50% of the total price for accommodation

Please pay the deposit no later than 7 days of receiving a binding confirmation of the reservation or by immediately in the case of booking 7 or less days before starting

If the deposit is not paid within the specified period, the reservation will disappear

The deposit is paid by bank transfer on the basis of an issued written confirmation of reservation

The surcharge is paid in cash on the day of arrival

We will also be happy to issue an invoice for FKSP or gift voucher

Prices include energy and all fees.

Cancel Conditions:

10% of the price of accommodation, if the cancellation is canceled more than 14 days before the date of arrival and 50% of the price of accommodation, if the cancellation is canceled less than 14 days before the date of boarding.
