Our newly renovated Challupa is located in the beautiful valley of the Úpa River in the Krkonoše Mountains - right next to the Skibus and Cyclobus stop - near the most famous and beautiful ski resorts - Černá hora - Pec pod Sněžkou - Velká and Malá Úpa

There are 5 comfortably equipped apartments in Challup - all renovated with a sense of history, quality and natural modern style

For children, we have prepared a children's corner for playing on the ground floor, a new playground and a house in the fenced garden (cot, barrier, dining chair and others are a matter of course)

The cottage has a garden with seating and a fireplace, which is right next to the Úpa river

Inside the cottage, there is a children's corner on the ground floor (children's kitchen and little room, board games, Lego, train track,...

Year-round operation

The price includes the resort fee, cleaning, bed linen and cosmetics.

Prices in the off-season for an apartment from 1,850 CZK per night.

On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10:00 a.m.

In the case of a reservation, we issue a reservation deposit in the amount of 50% of the total price for accommodation

Please pay the deposit no later than 7 days after receiving the binding confirmation of the reservation or immediately in the case of a reservation 7 or less days before boarding

If the deposit is not paid within the specified period, the reservation will be cancelled

The deposit is paid by transfer to a bank account based on the issued written confirmation of the reservation

The supplement is paid in cash on the day of arrival

We will also be happy to issue you an invoice for FKSP or a gift voucher

Prices include energy and all fees.

Cancellation terms:

25% of the accommodation price if the cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the arrival date and 50% of the accommodation price if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the arrival date

However, we always try to accommodate as much as possible and, in case of a serious reason, find an alternative accommodation date in the off-season.
