The cottage is an original half-timbered house typical of the Krkonoše region
Over time it has undergone several renovations and today it is equipped with some pieces of original furniture, but it also has modern equipment suitable for today's needs
It is off the main road, which is about 250 m as the crow flies, by the municipal asphalt road, where only the cars of local residents pass through
The lessor does not live in the cottage during the rental period
It stands on a slope and is fully fenced, the garden is over 800m2 and slopes towards the east, where the view is mainly of fields, forests and meadows
It has all day sun
In the neighborhood there are houses with gardens of local residents and two holiday cottages
Overall, it is a very quiet place without noise and excessive activity
It is about 250 m to the nearest forest on an asphalt road. This road leads on a gentle slope through the forest (2.5 km) to the settlement of Ferdinandov
The forests here are rich in blueberries, and if the year is good, the mushrooms can be harvested slowly
There is a terrace with garden furniture right next to the cottage in the garden
The door leads from the corridor, so if the weather is nice there's nothing better than dining directly under the heavens
In the summer, the pool 3.6 m in diameter improves well-being
at a depth of 1.05 m
It is in operation from the beginning of June to the end of October
There are many bushes and flowers in the garden, but also enough lawn for games
There is a large ornamental garden, and various useful shrubs are incorporated in the garden, such as raspberries, blackberries, josta, Kamchatka and Canadian blueberries, gooseberries and others
A herb garden is also available
The cottage is interesting, especially in the off-season for seniors, because here they will find peace, a nice view, but also a favorable price for their stay
This also applies to families with small children
They mainly use the forest path to get some fresh air
The cottage is equipped for a year-round stay and I can recommend it for families with children who need to learn or improve their skiing
The "Mladé Buky" resort is 25 minutes away by car
There is a ski school with instructors, so there is nothing better than parents skiing and leaving their children in expert hands
In addition, the price of the stay is much lower than directly in the winter resorts
For shopping, it is best to go to Dvor Králové n

The shop in the village and the restaurant were in

The possibility of good and cheap food is possible in the nearby village of Choustníkovo Hradiště (path through the forest about 3.5 km "At two pines")

General part - The price for the stay is always set for max

Each additional person must be agreed with the owner and will be for an additional fee. The weekly stay is from Saturday with arrival from 2 to 4 p.m. and ends the following Saturday by 10 a.m.
For weekend stays, check-in and check-out is by agreement with the lessor
The number of agreed persons can be changed during the stay only after agreement with the lessor
Violation of this rule may lead to interruption of stay without compensation
Smoking is not allowed in all areas of the cottage
After ten o'clock in the evening until six o'clock in the morning, it is necessary to observe the night's silence.
Electricity costs
energy is always paid by the visitor according to actual consumption upon departure
In the common room and in one bedroom it is possible to heat in a fireplace or electric

During the heating season, you will be charged for the wood consumed (the price will be communicated upon arrival, the wood is stacked in the hall into m3)
It is possible to stay with a dog for a fee of 600 CZK/week

The visitor must immediately report any damage to the equipment to the lessor and must not repair it himself
the lessor will demand full compensation for the damage according to the costs charged by the expert
We rent the cottage as an accommodation facility and for that reason we cannot provide any other services included in the price, such as
towels, bed linen, tea towels, toilet paper, detergents, soaps, garbage bags, etc.
Sheets are always on the beds, sheets can be borrowed for a fee of CZK 40/bed.
