The entire recreational facility is located in the village of Korňa, 15 km from the border with the Czech Republic
On a large plot of land (approx. 3 thousand
m2) with a well-maintained garden and complete privacy, a renovated cottage (2 comfortable bedrooms, living room, kitchen) and a newly built residential barn (party house) with the possibility of sleeping is at your disposal
Although the object is geographically located in Kysuck (between the Beskydy and Javorník mountains), we consider the Beskydy as the main recreation area, where we go for hiking and other sports activities

The cottage is situated right next to a forest and a meadow in a quiet, wonderful environment right on the hill of Živčákova - the most famous pilgrimage site in Slovakia, where people come especially for the water famous for its healing effects
In season, the place is great for mushroom picking
In case of bad weather, there is a children's playroom, stock of board games, children's billiards, a library, darts...
In the garden there is a large trampoline and lots of sports equipment (slack line, portable playground, balls, net, badminton...)
There are two terraces (one covered, garden grill, two fully equipped kitchens (two dishwashers, two refrigerators, two microwave ovens, oven), two bathrooms with shower, three toilets, washing machine
For the privacy of visitors, both buildings are rented as one unit

Heating: Heating of both objects in the main stove (fired with wood), heat is distributed to all rooms
Additional electric heaters in all rooms, underfloor heating in the hall, bathrooms and toilets.
Transportation, parking: Parking right next to the building - three cars comfortably, four cars with a certain amount of ingenuity :-)
