We offer for rent a newly built cottage on the outskirts of the town of Králíky

The cottage is located in a quiet area with nice views of the surroundings and yet only 1 km from the center

With its equipment, it is especially suitable for families with children, but also for a group of friends

Stays are suitable for hiking, cycling, downhill and cross-country skiing

The outdoor heated swimming pool with a roof will make your stay more pleasant

Gazebo with kitchenette + bathroom

Further outside, you will find a grill with a fireplace, a children's house with a sandpit, swings and a slide.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: There are 3 apartments in the building, i.e. 6 bedrooms with 12 beds

Each apartment has its own bathroom

On the ground floor of the building there is a common room with a kitchenette, an infrared sauna with a shower, a pantry and one apartment with two bedrooms and its own bathroom

There are two apartments on the first floor, each with two bedrooms and its own bathroom, children's corner.

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has a bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, mirror, towels and heating ladder.

Heating: The property is heated by an electric boiler and a fireplace stove (wood for the stove is included in the price of accommodation)

There is underfloor heating on the ground floor of the building

All bathrooms have a ladder radiator.

Transportation, parking: There is a parking lot for 5 vehicles on a maintained road near the building.

Nearby there are restaurants, pastry shops, supermarkets (Penny, Coop)

Other dining options in Dolní Orlica, Dolní Moravá and Červená Voda

Accommodation operation year-round

The client pays extra for water and electricity at the end of the stay according to actual consumption

According to the exact reading from the electricity meter, electricity is 6 CZK/kWh

We collect a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 upon arrival, which will be returned later

We charge a fee to the municipality of 20 CZK/day for persons over 18 years of age.

The stay is binding upon the payment of a deposit of 50% of the set price, unless otherwise agreed

Additional payment by bank transfer no later than 7 days before the start of the stay

Check-in is always from 4:00 p.m. and end of stay by 9:30 a.m.
