The family house is adjacent to a vineyard, not far from the Chobolice ponds and near the forest

The building underwent a complete renovation in 2020, including both the interiors and the large outdoor garden

It is an ideal place to relax and a perfect base for excursions in the surrounding area

Geltschberg Nr

1 is offered mainly for families with children and for lovers of hiking, cycling, nature, monuments and good wine, which is produced directly by our small winery

The land is completely fenced and you do not share it with anyone else

In the vicinity of the Ploskovice castle, the historic town of Úštěk, the Chmelař lake, the Helfenburk castle, the national nature museum Zubrnice, the city of Litoměřice.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Ground floor: The cottage is entered through a spacious glazed veranda into a living area with a tiled stove, a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining area, a kitchen unit, a bathroom with a toilet, a separate toilet and a staircase to the first floor

First floor: Here you will find a TV area with a sofa bed and 2 bedrooms

First bedroom: One double bed with the possibility of an extra bed - by arrangement

Second bedroom: 2 pull-out beds (4 beds in total)

From this room there is also access to the attic, where there is a small room with two mattresses for reading/resting

From the north side (second bedroom) view of Mount Sedlo and the garden.

Sanitary facilities: Barrier-free bathroom with toilet and shower

Separate toilet.

Heating: Central electric boiler and fireplace.

Transportation, parking: Parking directly next to the building in a fenced parking lot for 4 cars (or for a caravan), in front of the house for another 1 car.

Dining

In our village, we run a common room, which we use for breakfast and tastings of our wines and local specialties

At the same time, we also offer the option of ordering Czech cuisine.

In the garden there are also two gazebos, a fireplace, a grill and one terrace facing south, a sunken pool 4.5x3 m

Everything is included in the price: especially bed linen, towels, wood for heating, municipal fees.

Those staying pay only electricity according to actual consumption and final cleaning of CZK 700.

A binding reservation deposit of 50% of the price to a bank account is required within 5 working days of the reservation

After receiving the amount, we will confirm the reservation by e-mail as binding

The additional payment is due no later than 30 calendar days before the start date

Upon arrival, the guest pays a refundable deposit of CZK 4,000

Weekly shift from Saturday to Saturday.

30 - 60 days - 50% of the accommodation price
