The romantic wellness cottage Svatá Panna is located in the heart of the Bohemian Paradise under the magical mountain Kozákov and offers superior accommodation

It is a half-timbered new building with half a hectare of land

From the terrace, pavilion and four apartments there are enchanting views of all the landmarks of the Bohemian Paradise: Trosky, Tábor, Hrubou Skálu, Vyskeř, Valdštejn, Bezděz and Kozákov

The wellness area offers a sauna, a heated pool and a hot tub

The driving distance from Prague Černý Most is only 50 minutes

Our priority goal is the joy of feeling that we are doing something meaningful

We used the best materials for construction

We have always made sure they are local and organic

The so-called

moonwood is from the Krkonoše mountains, harvested in winter after the full moon

The masonry is certified for passive construction

The roof is made of recycled materials, the pavement is made of old sandstone blocks from the surrounding buildings

Heat is provided by a Viesmann heat pump, in the kitchen there are 5 AEG appliances in addition to an American refrigerator, and 3 x Miele appliances

We wanted the house to feel romantic, cozy and warm

The location itself is directly in the UNESCO Geopark

There is a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape from the windows and pavilion

All floors are heated, a dreamy mood will be created by looking at the crackling wood in the tiled stove

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: 2 x 4L2 x 2L

Common room - kitchen with tiled stove

Wellness - cedar biosauna, thermal pool and whirlpool in front of the house

On the ground floor there is a large living room with a modern kitchen and a tiled stove

The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge, AEG appliances and a Julius Meinl Professional Inspresso coffee machine

Furthermore, a double apartment "Český raj" with its own bathroom and access to the terrace

The equipment on the ground floor also includes a biosauna with the option of choosing the temperature and humidity

So it is up to you whether you will enjoy a classic Finnish sauna or a steam bath

From the sauna, but also from the apartment and from the corridor, there is access to the terrace with a thermal pool and hot tub

The entire ground floor, including the sauna and pool, is wheelchair accessible

On the first floor, there is one double (Trosky) and two four-bed apartments with access to the bedroom (Bezděz and Kozákov).

All apartments have a heated floor

The amenities of all rooms include, among others, a large TV with Internet connection; apartment Trosky also has a PS4 including VR

The apartments boast originals by the academic painter Michael Rittstein, the knight of Czech culture Olbram Zoubek and mouth-painting artists www. umun.cz, of which the Holy Virgin is a proud sponsor

In the backyard there is a pergola with seating spring - autumn

The table comfortably seats 10 people, and there is a gas grill and tap facilities

Furthermore, a granite fireplace with seating

The garden house is primarily used as a ski storage room, a bicycle storage room and a storage room for garden tools

It is equipped with an 11kWh charging station for electric cars and a compressor.

Heating: There is underfloor heating throughout the building

The Bezděz apartment also has a Jotul stove with a glass hearth

In the living room there is an oven for silly Honza - a traditional tiled stove with a baking tray

Honzo's luxurious bed is guaranteed by a handmade sheep's wool mattress

Transportation, parking: Parking at the object in a guarded parking lot (camera system)

Please do not park on the meadow in front of the house, it is not ours

The best restaurant we recommend is Puků in Skálova street

The chef lived and gathered experience in New Zealand for years

The nicest service is in Turnovská pivnica in Hluboká street

They have their own beer and traditional Czech cuisine there

Ábelův mlýn in Dolánky near Turnov offers a nice place to sit

And look for the greatest romance at Hrubá Skála

Castle restaurant, cafe on the terrace and a breathtaking view of the Bohemian Paradise including our cottage

After all, coffee on our balcony offers a beautiful view of Hruba Skála.

The minimum stay is 2 nights, except during the summer holidays, when we only accept orders for weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday.

HOLIDAYS: Christmas, Easter, May holidays (1-11.5.2025), autumn holidays (26.10.-1.11.2025): minimum stay is 4 nights/49,990 CZK, each additional night 9,990 CZK

New Year's Eve: the minimum length of stay is 4 nights/CZK 79,990

Cancellation terms:

Up to 60 days before the start of accommodation - 100% refund of the deposit

Up to 30 days before the start of accommodation - 50%

Accommodation conditions:

Just be polite

We observe night silence after 10:00 p.m

Always wash thoroughly with soap before entering the hot tub and pool, otherwise the water will become cloudy

But even that is nothing serious

If you want, we will be happy to clean the hot tub and change the water for a fee of CZK 1000

It may happen that you break something due to your own inattention, cause damage

Keep your head down, it's human

Just like your obligation to compensate for the damage :-) Example: oh yeah, I broke a beer pint

Everyone knows that it costs plus or minus 100 CZK

So simply put the hundred on the table when you leave
