The farmhouse is located on the edge of the Lutová village in the Třeboňsko Protected Area

Lutová is considered one of the oldest villages in the Třeboň region

Since 1990, the village has been included among the village conservation zones

The cottage for rent provides accommodation in three apartments for 1 to 24 people

With an outdoor terrace, grill, fire pit for grilling and seating

Near the apartments there is an ornamental garden with a pond, a children's playground (swings, sandpit, slide) and a lockable bicycle shed

The right part of the cottage is for rent

Each apartment has its own entrance.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Apartment number 1 provides accommodation for 1 - 10 people in three bedrooms + 1 extra bed

A six-bed bedroom, 2 x double bedrooms and an extra bed in the kitchen

Apartment number 2 is intended for 1 - 4 persons

The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink + toilet

Apartment number 3 is a newly renovated maisonette apartment, designed for 1 - 10 people

1 x bedroom with four beds, 1 x bedroom with two beds, 1 x bedroom with two beds (instead of a curtain door) + two beds in the attic located next to the bedroom with a curtain.

The amount is always for the entire apartment, regardless of the number of people

New Year's Eve stays (apartment no. 1, apartment no. 2, apartment no. 3)

After making the reservation, we require payment of a 50% deposit of the total price - or by agreement

If the date is cancelled, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE !!! Upon arrival, the customer pays the total amount + CZK 5,000 deposit for apartment 1+3, apartment No. 2 CZK 3,000 deposit in case of equipment damage

The deposit is returned upon departure if the object is handed over in good order

Otherwise, CZK 2,000 will be deducted from the deposit for cleaning

Electricity consumption

energy, water, bed linen are included in the price of the stay.
