As the name suggests, the basic premise is a desire for active rest

For whom privacy is important, a quiet garden, a good bed and the possibility of endless trips around the area, we will like it

We offer accommodation in a sensitively renovated stone building from the late 19th century

The building is in the village of Mokrá, which is located 2.5 km north of Černá v Pošumaví in the direction of Český Krumlov

Arrival is possible in any season.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: We offer the cottage for rent as a whole

Our goal is to provide an ideal background for larger families and groups of friends who want to spend free time together, but at the same time appreciate enough of their own privacy.

The space is suitable for family holidays, celebrations or relaxation stays

On the ground floor there is a common room with a large farm kitchen, which is connected to the outdoor seating area with barbecue and an enclosed entrance area overlooking the garden

This main room is equipped with a fireplace and full kitchen facilities for cooking in a larger group

The first floor is designed as a space to rest

It offers a common room with bar facilities and is divided into two units of three and two bedrooms

Each has its own bathroom and toilet

On the ground floor there is another separate studio apartment with its own kitchen and accessories

Heating: The heat in the building is provided by storage heating with a heat pump and there is also a fireplace in the common room on the ground floor and in the apartment on the first floor.

Transportation, parking: Parking by the accommodation facility for 6 cars.

Possibility of catering for events and breakfast and daily menus

It provides a restaurant near Pranýř in Hořice

It is possible to arrange individually at U Pranýře, which will offer specific tailor-made services, including the delivery of the basic daily purchase

Possibility to arrange larger events such as family celebrations, slaughterhouses, sausage or cheese production with the involvement of the local community.

Cottage furnishings

In accordance with the concept of active leisure, the rooms are not equipped with a TV

Guests can enjoy outdoor seating with a stone barbecue and a quiet, enclosed garden with romantic nooks

A Finnish sauna with facilities is at guests' disposal

Games and sports equipment incl

There is also the possibility of using a rowboat to ride around Lipno

Weekly stays are from Saturday to Saturday.

Weekend rates are valid for 2-3 nights

(Weekend price includes extended weekend)

Consumed energy is charged separately according to actual consumption.

Upon arrival, a cash deposit of CZK 5,000 is charged for equipment and energy

Returns with energy billing on departure

We do not charge any fees for using the sauna other than energy.

Rowing boats and sports equipment free of charge.

Check-in 17:00 on the day of arrival.

Check-out 10:00 on the day of departure

Upon agreement, it is possible to provide an inflatable fishing boat BUSH CRAB 300 with a fixed bottom, equipped with a LAWRANCE echo sounder and a MINNKOTA electric motor

Price 1,300 CZK / day

Minimum rental period 3 days

We will arrange transport to the water and collection

The equipment cannot be left unattended on the lake

It is possible to provide other fishing equipment, rods and lures according to individual agreement.
