It is easily accessible via an asphalt road, parking for up to 5 cars is right in front of the building

At first glance, you will be impressed by the large space in front and behind the cottage, the beautiful view of the surroundings and the pleasant degree of privacy created by the surrounding vineyards

In sunny weather, you will enjoy sitting outside with a grill, the opportunity to taste wine from the wine cellar, or burčak during the vintage

If you are interested, you can arrange a wine tasting in the wine cellar, which is part of the building, with the owner

Our property is an ideal place for both families with children and lovers of wine and cycling

For a binding reservation, we collect a deposit of 50% of the price.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The building has a divided residential and sleeping part

On the ground floor there is a social room with a capacity for up to 15 people

On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with 13 full beds

Two bedrooms, each with 5 beds and one bedroom with 3 beds.

Sanitary facilities: There are a total of 3 bathrooms in the building, one for each bedroom

The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

Heating: The building can be heated either with a fireplace, stove (wood available) or electric direct heaters

In the common room there is a functional historic tiled stove from 1910, in the bedroom on the first floor there is a fireplace with heat distribution throughout the building

Electric direct heaters are located in the bathroom, bedrooms and common room.

Transportation, parking: Parking directly in front of the building.

Dining

You can find a grocery store, drugstore and restaurant in Mutěnice (3 km) and in Dubňany (6 km).
