The beautiful natural scenery divided by the river Elbe can be seen from countless viewpoints and lookouts

The property where you can spend your free time in absolute peace and privacy is located in the village of Náčkovice u Lovečkovice, 605 meters above sea level, not far from the Buková Hora TV transmitter and the ancient town of Úštěk

Just a few meters below the Víťova viewpoint, from which there is a beautiful view for dozens of kilometers

The residence is suitable for large families, a group of friends and especially for children, at any time of the year and in any weather

It consists of three buildings, an outdoor seating area with a fireplace and a plot of land with an area of ​​8700 m2, most of which is fenced with a wall

The main building is intended for accommodation of guests, the second building with a wellness center and a bar, the third is an indoor swimming pool with a games room

If you just want to rest, relax and enjoy your well-deserved time off, you can spend your moments in maximum privacy in the large fenced area, where there is a beautiful garden with ornamental trees and plants

Families with children will especially appreciate the quiet, closed area, which can have absolute freedom and be safe at the same time

In bad weather, you can take refuge in a relaxing social facility, where everyone can find something for themselves

Kids can spend time in the playroom, gentlemen at the self-service bar with good beer, and ladies can relax in the sauna and whirlpool

In another covered building, you can take a dip in the heated pool after a day's activities

There is also a steam massage shower and a games room with table tennis, electronic darts, billiards and a children's play area.

In the grounds of the garden there is a trampoline, a volleyball court, a badminton court and a Russian bowling alley.

Bedrooms and rooms: The total capacity of the building is 17 people in 6 bedrooms + 2 cots (on request)

Guests are accommodated in the main building where there are also 2 fully equipped kitchens, a dining room, a living room and 2 bathrooms with a laundry room

The rooms are fully equipped and stylishly furnished with comfortable furniture.

Sanitary facilities: In the main building, 2 toilets, 4 sinks, massage bath, shower

In the social and relaxation building, 2 toilets, bidet, shower

In the summer months, you can use the sanitary facilities with a shower by the pool.

Heating: Gas central heating, tiled stoves in both kitchens, fireplace in the bar.

Transportation, parking: Accessibility from Prague (85 km) along the D8 via Roudnica nad Labem

The surrounding towns of Děčín, Ústí nad Labem, Litoměřice and Česká Lípa are only 25 km away

Closed parking directly in the building.

Dining

During the entire stay, it is possible to order the import of fresh hot meals (lunch) that are vacuum-sealed in plastic bowls

On request, it is possible to prepare individual catering according to the request and grilled meat.
