Our family pension Pohoda u Lva is located in the village of Nová Pec, in the Bělá part, a recreational area where perfect peace awaits you in the bosom of nature

This village on the banks of the Lipno is located in the district of Prachatice, in the South Bohemian region

We offer year-round short-term and long-term accommodation for tourists, students, families with children and employees

Treat yourself to a real vacation, our hospitality and the tranquility of the surrounding nature will surely make your stay more pleasant

The meadow in front of the cottage is a perfect refuge for any dog, dogs are welcome here

When the weather is good, you can play table tennis outside or just sit by the fireplace for grilling and roasting

For the little ones, we have prepared swings with a slide in front of the guesthouse.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Throughout the year, we offer short-term and long-term accommodation for a total of 19 guests, namely 16 fixed beds and 3 extra beds

You can stay at our guesthouse for one or more nights throughout the year

APARTMENT 1 and 2 are four-bed apartments fully equipped with a kitchen with microwave oven, fridge and kettle

Each apartment has a separate bathroom

ROOM 5 is a double room with a shared bathroom

ROOM 6 is a double room with a kitchenette, with a shared bathroom,

Rooms 5 and 6 can be combined into one separate four-bed apartment with its own bathroom

We would like you to know that rooms number five and six have a shared bathroom which is fully separated from both rooms and public areas (so you don't have to limit yourself when going from room to bathroom)

The Pohoda u Lva guesthouse also has a common room or dining room

The dining room has an unusual pleasant atmosphere and is heated by a wood stove

The dining room is available to you throughout the day and night

You can go to this dining room just to sit down and exchange a few words, consult, or pick up drinks and snacks, or have an excellent draft Pilsner

You can also host a party in the dining room or come and play board games

In the dining room for our dear guests, we serve a homemade buffet breakfast and also homemade dinners if interested.

We serve breakfast in the form of a buffet with quality products from local regional suppliers, dairy products from Madeta and perhaps even homemade bread and other products

You can also have homemade scrambled eggs for breakfast with onions, without, or with English bacon, but certainly the way you like them

We don't mind if you have a gluten-free diet or celiac disease, and we will certainly be happy to prepare it for you as well

Dinners are one-course meals from home-made Czech cuisine

For dinner, we serve, for example, beef goulash with homemade bread and onions, or pork cutlets with homemade mashed potatoes and vinegar

We are also happy to prepare dinner for gluten-free or celiacs

Price for dinner per person under 10 years: CZK 150 including VAT

The price for dinner for a person over 10 years old is CZK 180 including VAT

Please order food no later than the day before your arrival.

Cottage furnishings

The boarding house also includes a common room with a pleasant atmosphere - a dining room heated by a wood stove

A buffet breakfast is served here, as well as dinner if interested

We are not a restaurant, yet we prepare home-cooked meals with love and serve them only to our guests

We have several years of experience in preparing gluten-free meals

In the dining room you can prepare coffee or tea during the day, you can also drink alcoholic and non-alcoholic beer here

You can buy from us, for example, chilled drinks in bottles, juices and other snacks (e.g

potato chips, saltine bars, chocolates, cookies and others)

In front of the guesthouse there is an outdoor seating area with a fireplace and a grill

If you are interested, we can provide you with all the food for the barbecue after prior arrangement

We will provide meat and sausages from a local regional supplier/e.g

meatballs, sausages, sausages, pork, beef, etc

As a side dish, we will provide all pastries or

and homemade bread, homemade tartar sauce, vegetables, etc

For children, we have swings with a slide available in front of the guesthouse

In the summer you can leave your bikes and in the winter your skis in the newly built lockable bike shed (ski shed).
