Sanitary facilities: Each room has equipped bathroom (toilet, sink, shower)

Heating: Heating on rooms is provided by electric heaters

The building is a water meter from which after the stay will be deducted how much to the septic tank and the price will be deducted from the deposit
Wood packages are available for CZK 90 per package, but can be reached for wood in the forest, which is right behind the defendant
Water is provided from a rock well of 40 m deep and is free
Cleaning: Cleaning for the whole building is 3.000,- and will be deducted from the bail. It is fixed regardless of the length of stay.
Beds: bedding fee, towels, cloths are total for stay is 230, - CZK for bed - not to have your own (will be deducted from deposit)
Accommodation fee to Nová Pec in the amount of 25 CZK per person and a day included in the price of stay. (Not pay)

The customer has the right at any time before the start of the stay, without the announcement of the reason, to withdraw from the reservation
