Hájenka is a short distance from the Lipno reservoir and is set in semi-secluded woods (next to a small cabin with a small pond) and access to the property is only possible with a special permit of the Šumava National Park, which is of course available to guests of the hájenka during their stay
About 300m from the forest there is the Vltava Path, which stretches along the Šumava River along the Vltava and the Šumava Forests, for a length of approx. 18 km (Nová Pec - Stožec) and further up to Nová údolí to the border (+ approx. 6 - 7 km) and is abundant used by in-line skaters and cyclists
Not far from the grove, the well-known bear trail begins, not far from the Boubín Forest, a beautiful trip to Plešné Jezer and the Schwarcenberský canal, as well as the Stožecká Chapel, the Deer Hills or the ruins of the Vítkův kámen castle and many other beautiful historical places that you can visit during your stay
An extensive network of cycle routes or well-marked hiking trails leads to all these places

Sanitary facilities: Each room has an equipped bathroom (toilet, sink, shower)
Upon arrival, the equipment includes a roll of toilet paper, 1 roll per person per week, a full container of liquid soap on the sink and towels according to the number of people
Soap or shower gel in the shower corner is not part of the equipment
If this happens, it must be supplemented from own resources.
Heating: Heating in the rooms is provided by electric direct heaters
There are also direct heaters in the living room, kitchen and dining room, and it is also possible to heat in a stylish stove that warms the entire space beautifully
Direct current heaters switch in the range of 20 hours a day and the maximum gap in switching is guaranteed from EON max 1 hour
There is an electric boiler of 200 liters in the building and it is heated for 20 hours

It is necessary to save a little with warm water
If all rooms start using it at the same time, it may happen that it runs out for a while and you have to wait for it to heat up, but with reasonable use, the supply is sufficient.
Transportation, parking: The access road is from Nová Peca along the Vltava road (when arriving from Želnava, right at the first intersection in Nová Peca, turn right - no entry - only with a permit), which is an in-line cycle path and riding on it is only possible with a permit, which you can get a copy of at e-mail after paying for the stay, in the number of cars you will need
After 2.5 km you will reach the railway crossing in Ovesná, cross it and take the forest road as far to the left as possible (paved forest road) and after approx. 250 m you will come to the forest park, which is on the right
There is a parking lot for 4-5 cars at the building
The permit must be left behind the windshield during parking for the entire duration of the stay
IN WINTER, EVEN THE LAST SECTION FROM THE RAILWAY CROSSING TO OVESNÉ IS EXTENDED, BUT IT IS THE LAST IN THE LINE, WE RECOMMEND YOU CARRY SNOW CHAINS.
The nearest restaurant is in Nové Pec, which is approx. 2.5 km away, and it is assumed that guests will cook in the fully equipped kitchen or, of course, it is possible to visit several restaurants in Nové Pec or in other wider surroundings
Another very good restaurant with very good cooking is the restaurant Pstruh na náměstí in Stožec, approx. 15 km by bike along the Vltava road
After the journey in Černý Kříž, you can have a beer outside in the garden.

Reservation, payment terms and cancellation:
On the basis of the order (telephone, via the web or email), the accommodation provider reserves the desired free date for a period of max

During this time, a deposit must be paid (50% of the price of the stay)
We always call guests before confirming the reservation
By paying the deposit, the guest confirms that he has familiarized himself with the services, the price, the cancellation conditions and the accommodation rules and agrees with them
All these details, including the accommodation contract, are sent after the reservation to the e-mail indicated in the reservation
Without payment of the deposit, the order cannot be accepted and the reservation is canceled after 5 working days
The deposit can only be paid by bank transfer

Surcharge for stay + deposit of CZK 1,000 per person must be paid within 10 working days

It is not possible to pay it in cash!!! The deposit will be returned after deducting energy and fees and any damages within a maximum of 10 works

Sewerage: there is a septic tank at the property, which must be removed and it is up to you how you save water
The price for 1 m3 of removal with disposal at the treatment plant in Nová Pec is CZK 450 per 1 m3
There is a water meter in the building, from which, after the end of the stay, how much has flowed into the septic tank will be deducted and the price will be deducted from the deposit
Bundles of wood are available at a price of CZK 90 per bundle, but it is possible to go to the forest for wood, which is right behind the grove
Water is provided from a rock bore 40 m deep and is free of charge
Cleaning: cleaning for the entire building is 3,000 CZK and will be deducted from the deposit. The price is fixed regardless of the length of stay.
Bedding: the fee for bedding, towels, towels is 230 CZK per bed in total for the stay - it is not possible to have your own (it will be deducted from the deposit)
Accommodation fee to the village of Nová Pec in the amount of CZK 25 per person per day is included in the price of the stay.
We would like to point out that the prices for services and energy may increase in the interim period, i.e. from the signing of the contract to the start of the stay, we will inform you about this immediately.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the reservation at any time before the start of the stay, without giving a reason
This withdrawal must be made exclusively by e-mail
However, we reserve the right to notify this fact at least 60 days before the start of the stay in the main, winter and off-season and 90 days before the start of the stay during the Christmas and New Year stays, i.e.
