Our cottage is located in the Šumava PLA in a small quiet village of the spa about 2km south of Nové Pec
This ideal location provides plenty of options for summer and winter holidays, which is pleasant here both seniors, families with children and larger groups of holidaymakers with the possibility of renting the whole building with a total capacity of up to 26+2 beds
The house was completely renovated and is modernly furnished
Heating is solved here by a stiff fuel fireplace with warm air distribution to the rooms and corridors
Other spaces are heated by underfloor heating and heaters
In addition, there is a stylish tiled furnace in a large apartment, a decoration of our largest and most luxurious apartment in the house
Guests can also use the premises around the house not only to park their pet, but mainly for pleasant sitting at the stone garden fireplace with smokehouse during grilling
For undemanding it is possible to roast sausages on a small fireplace next to the fireplace.
