The newly built stylish timber, offering accommodation for 12 + 3 people is located in one of the most beautiful corners of the Highlands, in the picturesque village Pustá Rybná

A wonderful quiet place in the hill above the village is destined for a relaxing holiday, while the strategic location of the village, just 20 minutes of drive from Nové Město in Moravia, allows active leisure time

The cycling routes, which are interwoven throughout the surroundings, offer the opportunity to go to many cruise points, golf lovers will certainly please the nearby nine -hole field

The location of the cottage directly encourages the wandering through the woods

In the hot summer it is possible to bathe in a local reservoir, while the winter offers a wealth of modified cross -country trails and also several slopes in the vicinity

The timber, located in a hill above the village, is available by an inconspicuous road, ending with a dirt road and thus ensures undisturbed peace for a family holiday with children.

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor of the cottage there is 1 four -bed room, bathroom incl.

As an alternative sleep, sought after especially by children, there are also 3 beds over the furnace

In the mezzanine you will find 1 double room with double bed, bathroom with toilet and shower

On the first floor you will find 1 four -bed and 1 double room and toilet.

Both bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, bath towels and towels and hygienic needs.

Electricity is charged according to real consumption at the end of the stay,

a recreational and accommodation fee to the municipality of 20 CZK per day per person over 18 years of age

The accommodation takes place at 4 pm or by agreement, stays ends at 10 am at the latest.

Weekend stays are possible with an onset at 10 am and end at 3 pm or by agreement.

Before taking over the timber, the refundable deposit of CZK 20,000 is paid, which is returned at the end of the stay and after checking the building.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

When creating a reservation, 50% of the total accommodation price is paid as a deposit

The remaining 50 % is payable no later than 14 days before joining accommodation

In the case of a later booking (less than 14 days before accessing the accommodation), the guests pay the whole amount immediately.

Before taking over the timber, a refundable deposit of CZK 20,000 is paid, which is returned at the end of the stay after checking the building.

Cancel Conditions:

If the reservation is canceled 90 days before arrival, the deposit is in full

When you cancel the reservation 30-89 days before arrival, 50 % of the advance will be returned, from the total price of stay

When canceling a reservation 0-29 days before arrival, the amount is in full
