We offer accommodation in a beautiful, renovated stilt cottage, which is located in the village of Růžová, within easy walking distance to the biggest tourist attractions of Czech Switzerland - Pravčická brána 8.9 km (2 h 50 min walk); valleys of Tiché and Divoké gorges 2.8 km (56 minutes walk); Dolský mlýn 5.2 km (90 minutes' walk)

There is a large fenced plot around the cottage, which provides sufficient privacy and at the same time space for parking up to 6 cars

On the ground floor of the house there is a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bathrooms (1 x bathtub + 1 x shower), two separate toilets and a bedroom with 4 beds

On the 1st floor there are 3 generous bedrooms (2 x 4 beds + 1 x 3 beds)

The heating is by electric direct heaters, the water is heated by two 120 liter boilers

There are 2 very good restaurants, a grocery store and a bus stop within a 6-minute walk, and the Nový Svět natural swimming pool within a 6-minute drive.

Bedrooms and rooms: Ground floor: one bedroom (1 x double bed + 2 x single beds)

First floor: three bedrooms: 1st bedroom - 1 x double bed + 2 x single beds

2nd bedroom - 1 x double bed + 2 x single beds

3rd bedroom - 1 x double bed + 1 x single bed.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor of the house there is a large washroom, where in separate areas there is: a corridor and a separate sink, two separate toilets, a shower with a sink and a bathroom with a bathtub and a sink.

Heating: The building is heated by electric direct heaters.

Transportation, parking: You can park in the fenced garden in front of the house, the capacity is at least 6 cars.

There are 2 very good restaurants and a grocery store within a 6 minute walk of the cottage.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

We offer weekly stays (from Saturday 4:00 p.m. to Saturday 11:00 a.m.) or weekend stays (from Friday 4:00 p.m. to Sunday 11:00 a.m.).

Low season (September to June) - CZK 11,900 per week (weekend from Friday to Sunday CZK 8,900).

Summer season (July and August) - CZK 17,900 (weekly stays only).

If occupied by more than 10 people, the price increases by 30%.

In the case of accommodation in the cold months (December to March), the stated price of the stay is increased by 20% due to the need for winterization and increased heating consumption (this increase does not apply to the price for Christmas and New Year's Eve).

The reservation is made after payment of 50% of the rent, the rest of the rent and a refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 is paid within one month before the start of the stay, or within a shorter agreed period.

Included in the price: water and electricity consumption, village fees, dog fee, wifi.

During the duration of the lease, the owner is not present in the building.
