Upon agreement on the request of guests, the pool can be heated. (The actual energy consumption is paid)

In the case of less than 6 paying persons, the price of 3 900 CZK/ night/ object, July and August min. 8 persons 5200 CZK/ night/ object.

Air conditioning (actual energy consumption is applied.)

Cancellation- cancellation of stay.

0 - 30 days before arriving at accommodation cancellation fee 100 %.

31 - 60 days before arrival at accommodation cancellation fee 50 %.

61 days and more before arrival at the accommodation all paid.

The day of arrival does not count !!

We primarily rent a property to only one group of guests.

Child under 2 years of age free of charge

In July and August we stay from Saturday to Saturday,

Starting from 3 pm, departure to 10 pm, or according to agreement.

Recreational fee: 10 CZK per adult and day.

To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay the payment according to the agreement.

The price of the stay includes electricity consumption, bedding, towels, toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, final cleaning.
