Welcome to our cottage that has undergone a total reconstruction

It was completed in 2020. It is in the small village of Šonov, which lies in the PLA Broumovsko region

It is especially suitable for those who want to enjoy peace and loneliness

Located in the PLA, around the forests and beautiful nature

Therefore, we would like the guests to respect all this and approach the surrounding nature, cottage and its equipment accordingly

The cottage is partially fenced.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Residential kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen, entrance hall, lounge, two separate bedrooms - double bed and bunk bed in each bedroom.

Sanitary facilities: One bathroom with shower and toilet, the other toilet is in the utility room.

Heating: In the cottage, there is a fireplace with an exchanger that heats the whole cottage.

Transportation, parking: There is a driveway to the building, parking is next to the cottage for three passenger cars.

Dining

The nearest restaurant is 8km, the house is fully equipped kitchen.

Cottage furnishings

There is a living kitchen with a dining table for 8 people, a smaller couch, TV

The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, built -in oven, dishwasher, kettle, capsule coffee maker, equipment for conventional cooking

It is possible to prepare a dining chair for children

In the garden is an open "barn" with a charcoal grill, wooden furniture for sitting and for the afternoon rest of the couch

There is also a large fireplace in the garden with sitting, slide, sandpit and swing for children

Availibility, fees, price specifications

In the summer season we prefer weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday

Maybe agreement

Arrival at 4 pm, departure to 10 pm

Weekend stays 8.000,- each additional night 3.000,-

Bathing SUD 1.500,-/weekend or shorter stay (the barrel is always cleaned and impregnated with new water), for weekly stays in the price

When booking a cottage, you need to pay a deposit of 5,000,-

Surcharge of the total amount a week before arrival.

The deposit of 3000 CZK will be collected in cash on arrival.

Cancel Conditions:

cancellation of stay more than a month before arrival - return of 100 % deposit

cancellation of stay month to three weeks before arrival - return 70 % advance

cancellation of stay three weeks to one week before arrival - return 50 % advance

Cancellation of the stay Week and less before arrival - the deposit is not refundable.

The price includes an accommodation fee.
