Therefore, we would like guests to respect all this and approach the surrounding nature, the cottage and its equipment accordingly
The cottage is partially fenced
The cottage has its own well.
Bedrooms and rooms: There are two bedrooms
In each bedroom there is a double bed and a bunk bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table.
Sanitary facilities: One bathroom with bath and toilet, the other toilet is in the utility room.
Heating: The cottage is heated by a fireplace stove with an exchanger, which heats the entire cottage.
Transportation, parking: There is a driveway to the property, parking is next to the cottage for three cars.
The nearest restaurant is 8 km away, the house has a fully equipped kitchen.
There is a living kitchen with a dining table for 8 people, a small sofa, a TV
The kitchen has a glass-ceramic hob, built-in oven, dishwasher, kettle, capsule coffee machine, equipment for general cooking
It is possible to prepare a dining chair for children
In the garden there is an open "barn" with a charcoal grill, wooden furniture for sitting and a couch for relaxing in the afternoon
The garden also has a large fireplace with seating, a slide, a sandpit and a swing for children

Arrival at 4 p.m., departure by 10 a.m., by arrangement possible
Weekend stays 8,000 NOK, each additional night 3,000 NOK
Bath barrel 1,500/-/weekend or shorter stay (the barrel is always cleaned and filled with new water), for weekly stays the barrel is included in the price
When reserving the cottage, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be paid
You pay the remaining 50% of the total amount a week before arrival
A deposit of CZK 3,000 will be collected in cash upon arrival.
CANCELLATION TERMS:
cancellation of the stay more than a month before arrival - refund of 100% of the deposit
cancellation of the stay one to three weeks before arrival - refund of 70% of the deposit
cancellation of the stay three weeks to one week before arrival - refund of 50% of the deposit
cancellation of stay a week or less before arrival - the deposit is not returned.
Included in the price of the stay - water, wood for the fireplace
Unfortunately, we are forced to charge for electricity from 1/1/2023.
