Chalupa Potočná is situated on a flat, fenced plot of land close to village activities (children's and soccer fields, two restaurants, bus stop), but its independent location provides sufficient privacy

The location of the cottage gives excellent accessibility to all interesting and beautiful places in this region.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: One bedroom on the ground floor for 4 people and another two bedrooms for 4 and 5 people on the first floor (baby cot available by arrangement).

Sanitary facilities: The cottage has two bathrooms, each equipped with a separate boiler, shower, sink and toilet

There is also an automatic washer and dryer

Electric underfloor heating is installed in both bathrooms.

Heating: The entire building is heated by central heating with radiators in each room, the heat source is either an electric boiler or a fireplace.

Transportation, parking: There is enough space to park several cars right next to the cottage, and there is a bus stop nearby.

Dining

Possibility of self-cooking or in a nearby restaurant (60m).

Cottage furnishings

INTERIOR EQUIPMENT: Spacious, fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, glass ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, kettle, pots, pans)

There is enough crockery and cutlery, glasses for wine and beer

In the living area there are two sofas, a table, TV with internet connection, fireplace, dining table, board games

OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT: Pergola with bar counter, fridge, beer keg and pipe storage, garden furniture, outdoor fireplace with smoker, gas grill

There is also a garden shed for storing bikes or skis.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Year-round operation

Possibility of accommodation even for the weekend (during the spring and summer holidays, we prefer weekly stays from Sunday to Sunday)

The minimum normal length of stay is 2 nights, a stay of 1 night is possible by individual agreement.

Christmas and New Year's stays.

We add to the price a flat-rate consumption of energy, water, wood in the amount of 1,200 CZK/week (800 CZK for up to four nights).

Dog 400 CZK for the entire stay.

The price does not include the local accommodation fee of CZK 20 per day per adult.

Payments only by cashless transfer to the account.

Upon request, we pre-book available dates and send the conditions of stay, by paying the deposit (usually within a week of the preliminary reservation), the interested party agrees to these conditions and we confirm the reservation

If the deposit is not paid properly and on time, we will cancel the advance reservation

Additional payment of the price for the stay (including the local accommodation fee) up to a week before the start of the stay.

Cancellation conditions - if the reservation is canceled less than two weeks in advance, the cancellation fee is 50% of the paid deposit.
