Free Wi-Fi

Electricity is charged to the price of the stay according to the actual consumption of 8 CZK/1 kW. The fee for a dog is 100 CZK for a small breed, 150 CZK for a large breed.

A refundable deposit in the amount of: CZK 5,000 is collected at the start of the stay

Payment terms:

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, a deposit of 50% is payable within a week after ordering the stay, an additional payment of 50% within 60 days before the start of the stay

Cancellation fees:

1) Cancellation of the reservation more than 60 days before arrival - return of 100% of the paid deposit (an administrative fee of CZK 100 will be deducted)

2) Cancellation of the reservation between the 60th day and the 30th day before the reserved date - refund of 50% of the paid deposit

3) Cancellation of the reservation less than 30 days before the reserved date - the deposit will not be returned.
