We offer for rent the whole cottage, in the wine village Strachotín, under the Pálava Hills

The cottage is located on the street cellar near the local pond

You will find known wine cycle paths, the most famous is the Mikulov Wine Trail

Bathing lovers can use services in the near open Aqualand Moravia in Pasohlávky (about 10min food by car or 30min by bike directly from our house)

At the time of the rental you have our entire equipped house, yard with grill and outdoor seating

In the backyard lockable bike storage house

In the summer months of July and August there is an above -ground pool available

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: There are 3 bedrooms + sanitary facilities on the first floor on the first floor

Two rooms with double bed + third room 2 single beds

In the living room there is a new leather sofa.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor bathroom with corner bath and separate toilet

Heating: Water heating

Heating is a fireplace for eco -pellets.

Transportation, parking: Arrival on a local new road

WARned parking directly next to the building for 2 cars and guarded by a camera system.

Dining

Making food is possible in the building in a fully equipped kitchen

There is a shop in the village that has been open on weekends and holidays since May

Mating can be chosen from several restaurants

There is also a daily menu at very affordable prices.

Cottage furnishings

On the ground floor there is a large kitchen equipped - plates, cutlery, pots, mugs, glasses, fridge, kettle, microwave, dishwasher + living room in large LED television

In the yard in the summer months there is an outdoor seating + grill

During the holidays there is an outdoor shower on the terrace

New - on the ground floor a new wine shop with a selection of 18 bottles of wines from regional winemakers at a single price of 160CZK for a bottle

Price list for the year

2025:

Price for 1 night for 2-8 persons including children is 2.800CZK.

The price for a weekend stay is 5.600CZK for 2-8 persons including children.

Water sewerage included in the price of stay.

Gas included in the price of stay.

Heating in 100CZK/heating bag (lasts for about 1 day with stable heating).

Electricity according to actual consumption: price for 1kW 10kč.

The initial and final status of electricity will be registered in the lease.

The cleaning fee is 1000CZK.

There is a free cot and a chair.

We do not provide towels or bed linen, the possibility of renting bed linen for 90 CZK per bed.

Upon arrival, a refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 is selected.

Arrival at the cottage is possible after 15 hours on Saturday and departure always until 10 hours.

The deposit for stay in the amount of 50% of the total price of stay is due within 3 days of the date we sent or communicated to the reservation confirmation

The account number for the payment of the deposit will be issued as part of the reservation confirmation.

The surcharge must also be paid no later than a week before arrival to the account

Cash with cash on the day of arrival is not possible.

If we do not receive a deposit within 3 days of the date on which we have sent or communicated a reservation confirm

For those interested, we will also send accommodation when booking.

Cancel fees when canceling the reservation reservation:
