We offer the entire cottage for rent, in the wine-growing village of Strachotín, under the Pálavské vrchy

The cottage is located on Sklepní Street near the local pond

Here you will find well-known wine cycling trails, the most famous of which is the Mikulovská wine trail

Swimming enthusiasts can use the services of the Moravia aqualand in Pasohlávky (about 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bike directly from our house).

During the rental period, our entire furnished house, yard with grill and outdoor seating are at your disposal

Lockable bicycle storage shed in the backyard

An above-ground pool is available in the summer months of July and August

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The building has 3 bedrooms + bathroom on the first floor

Two rooms with double beds + third room with 2 single beds

There is a new leather sofa set in the living room.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor, a bathroom with a corner bath and a separate toilet

On the 1st floor, a toilet with a sink.

Heating: Electric water heating

Heating is by a wood-burning stove using eco-pellets.

Transportation, parking: Arrival on the local new road

Paved parking right next to the building for 2 cars and guarded by a camera system.

Dining

Meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen

There is a shop in the village, which has been open even on weekends and holidays since May

Meals can be chosen from several restaurants

The menu of restaurants also includes a daily menu at very reasonable prices.

Cottage furnishings

On the ground floor there is a large kitchen equipped - plates, cutlery, pots, mugs, glasses, fridge, kettle, microwave, dishwasher + living room with a large LED TV

In the yard in the summer months there is an outdoor seating + grill

During the holidays there is an outdoor shower on the terrace

NEW - a new WINE SHOP on the ground floor with a selection of 18 bottles of wines from regional winemakers at a flat price of CZK 160 per bottle

Availibility, fees, price specifications

We do not issue invoices and payment via FKSP is not possible with us.

The section "Available dates" is updated daily, do not write questions about a free date if it is available.

During the summer holidays, we only accommodate from Saturday to Saturday

The maximum capacity is 6 persons. Children under 3 years old by agreement without the right to a bed.

Baby cot free of charge by arrangement and a new high chair.

Price list for 2025:

water and sewage included in the price of the stay

gas included in the price of the stay

heating in 100 CZK/bag of heat (lasts approx. 1 day with constant heating)

electricity according to actual consumption: price per 1kw CZK 10

The initial and final state of electricity will be recorded in the rental agreement.

We do not provide towels or bed linen, bed linen can be rented for 90 CZK per bed.

A refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 is collected upon arrival.

Arrival at the cottage is possible after 3 p.m. on Saturdays and departure is always before 10 a.m. Arrival on weekdays is always after 4 p.m. or by arrangement, departure is always before 10 a.m.

A deposit for the stay in the amount of 50% of the total price of the stay is due within 3 days from the date we sent or communicated the confirmation of the date reservation

We will provide the account number for the advance payment as part of the date reservation confirmation

The additional payment must also be paid to the account no later than a week before arrival

Additional payment in cash on the day of arrival is not possible

If the deposit is not received within 3 days from the date when we sent or communicated the confirmation of booking the date, we will inform you about this and free up the date for other interested parties

For those interested, we will also send the accommodation conditions when booking the date.

Cancellation fees when canceling a cottage rental reservation:

- more than 30 days before arrival 50% of the stay reservation

- less than 30 days before departure 100% of the stay reservation
