The newly built cottages of Jan and Lucie are located in the picturesque nature of the Drahanské vrchovina, not far from the Moravian Karst and less than 200m from the Sušské pond

Each object is designed for 6 people

1 extra bed is available for an extra charge

Both cottages are located in a well maintained fenced garden with a large grassy area suitable for sunbathing, leisure summer activities such as badminton, ball games, cricket and others

The ornamental garden with mature trees and seating, which is in several places, is ideal for relaxation

For children, there is a trampoline with a 4-meter landing area, swings, a play element with a slide and a climbing wall for children up to 7 years old, and a sandpit

In the summer season, an outdoor pool measuring 3.66 x 1.2m is available

Each cottage has its own covered terrace with garden furniture and its own entrance to the garden, a portable charcoal grill

There is a central sitting area with a fireplace and a large grill

There is an outdoor FINNISH SAUNA for approx. 4 people (see photo gallery)

Sušský rybník with public beaches, rental of boats, pedal boats and paddleboards, and fast food stands is located within walking distance of approx. 5 minutes

This recreational area is sought after thanks to the number of cycle paths and hiking trails, and mushroom pickers and fishermen will also find it useful.

Live concerts by local bands are often held here in the summer

Golf resort Kořenec is located 5 km from the accommodation

In winter, trails for cross-country skiers are maintained here, and the pond is actively used for skating in good weather

Each cottage can accommodate 1 - 6 people, we will prepare a cot and a high chair, a potty for a child under 2 years old

Upon agreement, we can equip one cottage with a folding extra bed with a foam mattress 90 x 200 cm

Own footwear is required for the stay

Both buildings are supplied only with water from a deep well, which is potable.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Detached cottages with two bedrooms in the attic, bathroom with shower and WC, large living area, fully equipped kitchen and indoor sitting area (massive dining table with benches in country style) on the ground floor with direct access to a covered terrace

Each bedroom has 1 solid double bed and 1 single bed also made of solid wood

Each bedroom is equipped with bedside tables, lamps and built-in shelves

If necessary, the bedrooms can be adapted to sleep for 2 and 4 people.

Sanitary facilities: Each cottage has a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and mirror

The bathroom is equipped with a storage cabinet under the sink and hangers, a wooden stool - Ikea steps, a towel, hand soap and toilet paper, a hairdryer.

Heating: Every object can be heated with electric direct heaters

The living room can be heated with a fireplace stove (wood and everything needed is available)

There is an electric ladder in the bathroom.

Transportation, parking: A paved road leads to the cottages

You can park in two places in the fenced building (lower and upper parking lot)

About 2 - 3 cars/ parking lot

The parking areas are under a camera system.

Dining

Right in the village there is a shop, a restaurant, a wine bar with cask wines from South Moravia, souvenir shops

There is a small park with a children's playground near the store

In the summer season, the village of Suchý is a sought-after tourist destination, where refreshments are open by the pond - e.g

dishes from the grill, from the smokehouse, bars, stalls with draft beer, seating and refreshments

Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen.

Each property has: - a fully equipped kitchen (small fridge with freezer, separate induction two-burner stove, extractor fan, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, Krups Nescafé Dolce Gusto Infinissima capsule coffee machine, fold-out clothes dryer and pegs

A vacuum cleaner and a broom, a small broom with a shovel are available for cleaning

Operation is year-round

The reservation must be arranged at least 3 days before boarding!!!

PRICE LIST OUT OF THE SUMMER SEASON (minimum 2 nights):

The price of accommodation for 2 people is CZK 6,000/ 2 nights and only by arrangement

The price for a long weekend is CZK 12,000/ cottage/ 3 nights

JULY and AUGUST weekly stays only (Sat - Sat)

SEPTEMBER - JUNE minimum stay 2 nights

The extra charge for an extra bed, including bedding and towels, is CZK 1,000.

OTHER FEES

Before departure, the tenant is obliged to return the object to the condition in which he took it over

Otherwise, he will be billed a fee of CZK 1,000 from the deposit

IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

– accommodation, internet connection, bedding, bath towels (1 piece per person), hand towel, cloth and paper towels, dish sponges, jar, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, soap, paper napkins and handkerchiefs, garbage bags, parking inside the building, normal consumption of firewood, wood briquettes for grilling

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

- refundable deposit for a harmless stay: CZK 3,000 (in the case of a harmless stay, the deposit will be returned when handing over the cottage on the day of departure after deducting the price for the consumed electricity and the recreation fee)

- recreation fee 16 CZK/adult/day

- electricity costs CZK 7/kWh

SAUNA OPERATION

- we charge for electricity consumption, bath towels/towels are available 1 piece per person

We will explain operation and maintenance on site.

DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL

- in the summer season: arrival from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., departure from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

- in the winter season/out of season: by agreement

CANCELLATION OF TERMS

- If you cancel your stay more than 30 days before the start of your stay, we will deduct CZK 2,500 from the paid deposit, and return the rest of the deposit immediately.

- In case of cancellation of the stay 30-15 days before the start of the stay, we will deduct CZK 5,000 from the paid deposit, the rest of the deposit will be returned immediately.

- If the stay is canceled 14-0 days before the start of the stay, we no longer return the deposit

If you inform us about this, we will try to find a solution to alleviate this unpleasant situation

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

When ordering accommodation, a deposit of 50% of the accommodation price is required

The lessee will receive instructions for payment in the contract, which will be sent after receiving the necessary data

The remaining 50% will be paid no later than 14 days before boarding

BARGAIN

The accommodation contract is concluded upon the cumulative fulfillment of two conditions, namely the delivery of the written order or written confirmation of the reservation to the accommodation provider and the moment when the accommodation provider receives the accommodation deposit from the accommodation guest.

We only charge purchase prices for broken equipment

Before the end of the stay, the tenant will wait for the owner's arrival to properly hand over the object

The owner will carry out an inspection and bill additional costs according to the contractual agreement.
