We will add a sauna in the sauna for 7 people, swimming in the 4mx9m pool, grilling in the outdoor fireplace in the spacious pergola, you can play table tennis with us, and as the icing on the cake we will prepare a barbecue for you according to your wishes, including renting a large grill, importing draft beer with a tap of your choice and meat to taste

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: In the attic there are 2 double rooms and 2 four-bed rooms with massive beds and a quality orthopedic cold foam mattress

On the ground floor there is a main living room with a kitchen, a sofa, a sandstone bar and a beech table for 12 people.

Sanitary facilities: 2 x bathroom with shower and sink

2 x toilets.

Heating: Heating is possible in fireplace stoves or direct heaters.

Transportation, parking: Parking behind the gate at the building.

Dining

Fully equipped spacious kitchen

We will provide you with a barbecue according to your wishes, including the rental of a large grill, the import of local draft beer of your choice and meat according to your taste

Draft beer according to your requirements (15 Litres, 30 L, 50 L), beer price approx. 28 CZK, depends on the type

Grill rental for up to 4 chickens or a pork leg (400 CZK/day)

We will provide loaded pork leg with bone (145 CZK/kg loaded, 180 CZK/kg pre-smoked, weight from 12 kg).

Ground floor: The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, glass - ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker and kitchen equipment

Outdoor areas: Outdoor areas include an inground pool 9.1m x 4.6m, outdoor sauna, spacious garden, outdoor trampoline 3.66m, table tennis, sandpit, children's swings and slide, sandstone pergola with seating, fireplace and smokehouse

Parking is possible behind the gate on your own property

The cottage is divided into two apartments

One for accommodation (pergola, pool, garden and surroundings...

) and the second as a background for services to the accommodated

Entrances and gardens are separate

The cottage is not permanently inhabited.

When starting accommodation, a deposit of CZK 6,000 will be made, from which the resort fee to the village and electricity consumption will be deducted at the end of the stay
