Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, on the first floor there is one non-passable room with 4 single beds and one pass-through room with 4 extra beds (a sofa bed for 2 people and a mattress on the floor for 2 people).

Sanitary facilities: bathroom with toilet, washing machine, shower and sink.

Heating: large tiled stove - hot air distribution to the 1st floor, on the 1st floor a fireplace stove in combination with electric direct heaters.

Transportation, parking: It is best to drive your own car to the cottage

In summer, parking 25 m from the cottage, in winter 70 m from the cottage, access to the cottage is almost level.

It's an ideal place for stargazing, or for sipping coffee and tea in the morning

You can relax in a thermal barrel in any weather

Thanks to the location of the cottage 750 m above sea level

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The minimum price for a stay is 9,000 CZK.

After placing the order, we will send you information on the payment of a deposit in the amount of the accommodation price for one night by email

A few weeks before your arrival, we will send you information on the supplement for the stay and a refundable deposit in the amount of the accommodation price for one night

After the end of the stay, if the cottage is handed over in good order, we will send you the deposit within 10 working days back to the account from which the payment for the stay was made

THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST + SPRING HOLIDAYS

In these months, we primarily rent the cottage for a week from Saturday to Saturday (arrival from 4 p.m., handover of the cottage by 12 p.m.)

If the date is not occupied 14 days in advance, the stay can be shortened.

INCLUDED:

- fees for all utilities (water, electricity, heating), bed linen and towels

- recreation fees for the municipality of Velké Karlovice

- well-behaved dogs are welcome with us - free of charge

- the price for the stay is final and does not include any hidden fees

The outdoor thermal barrel is not included in the price of the stay

For technical reasons, the keg would be handed over to you with cold, clean water

You then heat yourself in the stove to the desired temperature that suits you (ideally 36 - 38 degrees)

You can drain and refill the water at any time

The initial heating takes 5 hours

Then you can easily refuel every day

The temperature in the barrel will drop by approximately 5 degrees per day, and you will heat up these 5 degrees in one hour.

In case of cancellation of your stay more than 3 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 25% of the deposit; in case of cancellation from 3 weeks to 10 days, 50% of the deposit is cancelled; in case of cancellation from 10 to 3 days after arrival, the cancellation is 75% of the deposit, and in case of cancellation of the stay less than 3 days before the planned arrival for the stay, the cancellation is 100% of the deposit.
