The cottage has two floors
On the lower floor, a spacious corridor is suitable for e.g
to store bicycles, a shared large fridge and there is also a bathroom with toilet
On the upper floor there are two apartments with separate bathrooms (washbasin, shower, toilet), which are accessed from a common corridor
We recommend renting the entire building, but it is also possible to book each apartment separately
The apartments have three rooms (kitchen, living room, bedroom - walk-through see plan)
There are 2 beds in the living room, 3 beds in the bedroom
The garden has two covered seating areas, a fire pit, a stone grill and a charcoal grill
Enclosed garden with no neighbors (partially fenced)
The cottage is located next to the road, but the garden is covered by the house and provides enough privacy and peace
The rooms are on the top floor and have new windows, so you don't have to worry about not sleeping :-)
Bedrooms and rooms: 2 apartments - 5 beds each (3 beds in the bedroom, 2 beds in the living room).
Sanitary facilities: Separate bathroom for each apartment (entrance from the common corridor).
Heating: Possibility of a small stove, but not used in the summer.
Transportation, parking: Free parking at the property.
No meals - possibility to use the kitchen, or visit nearby restaurants or shops in Nové Pec (3.5 km) and Horní Plané (7.5 km).

Our cottage is available in the summer season in July and August
The price for the entire building is CZK 26,000 per week for a maximum of 10 people
It is possible to arrange a stay in only one of the apartments - CZK 13,000 / week (max
5 persons).
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning included in the price.
A deposit of CZK 5,000 is payable before entering the accommodation together with the payment for the accommodation and is returned to the account at the end of the stay (return in cash can be arranged)
If the reservation is canceled more than a month before the planned accommodation, we return the full amount
We charge 50% of the total price for cancellations less than a month before starting accommodation.
